Senior ERP Developer, EIS Calabasas Campus
Individuals within the ERP Applications Development career progression work closely with clients, business analysts, and team members to understand the business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions for the development and operation of ERP systems. They typically design, test and debug ERP software, while also providing client support, consultation, and subject matter expertise for day-to-day operations, maintenance and support. ERP developers ensure that all ERP applications are in compliance with the organization's architectural standards. ERP Applications Developers configure, analyze, design, develop, and maintain ERP program codes and applications to support business processes and functions. They also work on elements of large, complex installations. ERP Applications Development professionals typically design, test, and debug ERP software. They assist in such day-to-day operations as troubleshooting problems arising from regular use, production support, and maintaining the ERP platform. They develop scripts for data merging and migration and assist in the development of ERP interfaces to internal and external systems. ERP developers have experience in systems design and have a solid understanding of application development, database development, application, and system testing, and integration methodologies. ERP Applications Development professionals may work as individual contributors, team members, or as technical team leaders. They understand the technical environments upon which the ERP application is run and work closely with database planning and infrastructure operations. They also provide client support, consultation, and subject matter expertise for day-to-day operations, maintenance, and support.

Registered Nurse (RN)/Contact Tracer Malibu Campus
The Contact Tracer will work closely with students, staff, and faculty of Pepperdine University to centralize information from various departments, individuals, and medical professionals (both at the Student Health Center and private medical providers) to determine risk of COVID-19 infection, confirmation of COVID-19 infection, and need for and follow through on contact tracing, isolation, or quarantine of individuals. In addition, the Registered Nurse is a highly-skilled healthcare professional who coordinates and implements a variety of medical back office duties and procedures. The Registered Nurse is the first line support for the practitioner staff and performs nursing duties such as providing nursing, triage practitioner assistance, sample collection, patient follow-up, medication administration, collaboration, patient education, and emergency response. Under the direction of the Nursing Manager, this position will assist with the professional and efficient daily operation of the medical clinic’s back office and will assure that county, state, and federal medical office mandates are implemented in collaboration with the medical providers and staff.

Seaver College of Letters, Arts, and Sciences at Pepperdine University seeks the next Executive Director of the Seaver College Career Center. The center is a leader among its peers and a program of great importance as the career readiness of students is one of the college’s highest priorities. The Center offers innovative career education programs to a diverse undergraduate population of approximately 3,400 students, develops and maintains strategic employer partnerships across industries, and manages a menu of cutting-edge technologies that equip students for career and internship success. The executive director must be able to cast a vision to continue the forward progress of the center, be eager to continue current programs that are driving success, and to be a trailblazer for new initiatives. The preferred candidate will have successfully led a complex department with multiple direct reports and have experience supervising and managing a diverse array of programs and operations. The next executive director will be responsible for the center’s menu of technology resources and be able to identify new technologies as needed, as well as implement and integrate them into the center’s portfolio. He or she will manage career outcomes data collection and reporting, as well as the assessment activities of the center. The next executive director will be able to represent the career center and build partnerships across the institution and among alumni, board members and friends. The ideal candidate will be active in regional and national career organizations and will strongly support the Mission of Pepperdine University as a Christian role model. The Career Center is an integral unit at the College and reports to the office of the Seaver Dean and directly to the assistant dean of graduate and special academic programs.
Mobile Web Developer Calabasas Campus
The Mobile Web Developer is responsible for the development and growth of the mobile app presence for Pepperdine University. As part of Integrated Marketing Communications, this position will develop and oversee the web-based app developed and used for the Pepperdine Unified Mobile app and other specialized applications. The mobile web developer provides additional technological support to the web-based technology operations of the University that drive recruitment, fundraising, and community engagement. This role will interact directly with internal customers to understand business needs and software requirements, create proof-of-concepts and build production-quality programming code. The Mobile Web Developer will use his or her skills with HTML, CSS, and other development languages to support Pepperdine’s web platforms across the University. Major systems and initiatives involving this position include mobile app administration, mobile development, and web management and support. This position reports to the Director of Digital Marketing. Integrated Marketing Communications is directly tasked with supporting the University's mission and strategic plan by building brand equity, elevating the University's national reputation, providing strong and consistent institutional message leadership, and implementing effective integrated marketing and communication strategies. The mobile web developer fulfills a central role in helping the department accomplish its goals.
