Recruitment Specialist Malibu Campus
This position acts as the primary liaison between prospective students and the Caruso School of Law, performing recruitment outreach for the Straus Institute’s in person graduate degrees and certificate programs as well as Straus training programs. This includes working with very established attorneys and judges (both domestic and international) who are interested in Straus programs to help them determine the best fit for their individual needs and goals. In collaboration with Straus leadership and the CSOL marketing team, this position is responsible for maintaining prospective student communications and the nurturing of applicants through relationship building efforts. This includes proactively engaging with new and existing leads by conducting email and call campaigns, individual consultations, facilitating class visits, planning and running weekly information sessions, as well as other in person and virtual engagement events and activities. This position also provides administrative support to Straus’ Managing Director.
Admissions and Student Services Manager Malibu Campus
This position oversees elements of admissions, student services, and advising and is responsible for providing support to approximately 350 students pursuing a degree or certificate administered by the Straus Institute. This position manages the application process, prepares admission letters/notifications as well as tracks student confirmations. This person is the primary point of contact for all Straus students. This position also acts as a program advisor in regard to logistics and timing of how students complete their degrees. The Associate Director of Straus Degree Programs relies on this person to monitor students' progress and relies on the accuracy of this position to assist in planning students' time with us and ensure they meet all degree requirements.
Assistant Director, Creative West LA Campus
The Assistant Director, Creative, reports to the Director of Marketing and is responsible for the direct supervision of creative team members, and is the point-person for creative design and content development of all marketing tactics, print, email marketing, broadcast, digital advertising, enrollment communications, and social media. The role manages print production and creative supplier relationships and spend, and ensures consistency and adherence to brand identity and messaging guidelines across all marketing deliverables for brand marketing, lead generation and enrollment/funnel marketing. Manager, Study Abroad Immigration Services Malibu Campus
The manager of immigration services role within Seaver College's study abroad office provides leadership over and management of visa procurement processes for study abroad students and faculty teaching abroad. M.A. Clinical Training and Professional Development Coordinator West LA Campus

Academic Support and Resource Specialist - Business & Communication Malibu Campus
This Academic Support and Research Specialist joins a team of four in Seaver College who provide instructional, scholarly, and academic support to Seaver College faculty and students. The types of support include helping with college- and department-specific pedagogical and research tools (hardware and software), supporting data analysis in faculty research, division projects such as the annual major equipment purchasing, and software training for students. In addition, alongside our department of Information Technology, the team provides backup support on Sakai (learning management system), Zoom, Panopto, classroom technology, and basic computing.
