Program Manager Malibu Campus
The Program Manager of the Pepperdine University School of Public Policy (SPP) Cross Sector Leadership Fellows program reports to the Dean while working closely with SPP team members, consultants and external vendors. Building Maintenance Technician, Second Shift Malibu Campus
Under direction of the Manager of Mechanical Services and Lead Technician for the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), and in collaboration with your colleagues, perform various skilled and semi-skilled tasks in the maintenance of machinery, buildings, and equipment throughout campus facilities during the night shift on assigned days of the week from 3:15 pm to 12:00 am. Shall perform work at a skilled level in several trades including carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical, and mechanical, and do related work as required. Collaborate with DFS and other University departments to deliver high quality work and customer service in a timely manner.
Data Analyst, Marketing West LA Campus
Serves as chief data knowledge, financial performance, and insights analyst for enrollment marketing, with strong secondary role as deputy planner/project manager supporting Director, Enrollment Marketing. This position designs and develops marketing insight and data analysis reports across all degree programs. Temporary Residential Custodian Malibu Campus
The Residential Custodian physically completes the various tasks required to maintain assigned buildings and areas, generally, but not exclusively, within the student residential community, in a clean and orderly condition. A person in this position engages in the work of cleaning campus facilities, according to instructions and/or documented best practices. This work includes performing heavy cleaning duties, such as: cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, cleaning showers and restroom, cleaning stoves and gas bar-b-que grills, cleaning laundry rooms, emptying all interior trash containers and removing litter and rubbish from building front ad rear entrances. Duties also include reporting an safety concerns or unsafe conditions that require correction, or any other items needing repairs. The Residential Custodian is also responsible for ensuring that all work is accomplished in a safe manner at all times, in compliance with adopted standards, and for striving to produce the best possible results. Occasionally, the work assigned to Residential Custodian requires that person to work in facilities outside of the student residential community, sometimes including traveling to other locations. The person in this position also completes the cleaning of some exterior areas with the student apartment hallways as an example.
Director, Intercultural Affairs Malibu Campus
The Director of Intercultural Affairs is responsible for a wide variety of administrative, advisory, and supervisory duties related to intercultural and diversity education programs, student services, and the college student experience. The director will: lead a dynamic. comprehensive department that provides first-rate student development, learning experiences, and support services that prepare students from diverse backgrounds with intercultural knowledge, competencies, and skills through the co-curriculum; create an environment that inspires innovation, effective student learning and development, and engages students in active learning; promote Christian faith and character formation and holistic student learning and development, enabling students to develop coherent values, ethical standards, and a framework for understanding diversity and inclusion; set and communicate a vision of high expectations for student learning; build supportive, inclusive, and accessible communities through programs, services, and faculty access; improve student engagement and institutional performance through rigorous assessment and evaluation practices; effectively utilize and manage University resources toward the accomplishment of mission goals; forge educational partnerships that advance student learning and development; create, encourage and support professional and staff development through active participation and contribution to professional organizations, training and education programs, individual mentoring, and team development. Librarian for Emerging Technology and Digital Projects Malibu Campus
The Librarian for Emerging Technology and Digital Projects spearheads the selection and implementation of emerging technology for Pepperdine Libraries. Through managing the Academic Center for Excellence and co-directing the Genesis Lab makerspace, this position is responsible for developing and executing programs that make use of emerging technology in order to support and advance technology-based information seeking and knowledge navigation.
Landscaper Malibu Campus
Maintain University grounds by completing assigned landscape maintenance or grounds keeping activities, such as litter and trash removal; planting and maintaining ornamental trees, shrubs, flowers, lawns, and hardscape; as well as applying fertilizers, pesticides, and other chemicals, according to instructions or documented best practices. The completion of other work including campus brush clearance, erosion control, preparation of campus areas for special events, and other special project work is also a responsibility of this position. The Landscaper physically completes the various tasks required to maintain the university grounds. This work includes, but is not limited to: mowing, trimming, cutting, blowing, watering, power washing, etc. The Landscaper is responsible for ensuring that all work is accomplished in a safe manner at all times, in compliance with adopted standards, while striving to produce the best possible results. The Landscaper is also responsible for answering inquiries from visitors or university community members regarding methods and materials, or general inquiries about the university, in a professional manner.

Senior Lead Developer, CRM Calabasas Campus
Reporting to the Associate Director, CRM the Senior Lead Developer, CRM will provide technical supervision and leadership for the university's CRM system, Salesforce and will be responsible for the design, implementation, management, and support of the CRM platform and its integrated applications. The incumbent will be involved in the development process, including visiting with users to analyze processes, studying feasibility, designing, gathering feedback, and implementation of Salesforce related applications. Responsibilities include managing the CRM in the general areas of security, backups, reliability, and automation.
