Administrative Assistant Malibu Campus
The Religion & Philosophy Division is one of eight academic divisions at Seaver College. It is tasked specifically with providing instruction in the Religion component of General Education Program, as well as granting undergraduate and graduate degrees. This position has two primary functions. The first is outward facing, to serve as the first point of contact for students, parents and prospective students seeking information. Secondly, this position facilitates the on-going, and day-to-day administrative activities within the division office; working closely with the Divisional Dean, Office Manager, and division faculty members. The division operates in conjunction with the Office of Church Relations, the Center for Faith and Learning, and the Hub for Spiritual Life to encourage Christian spiritual formation within the Pepperdine community, and to strengthen the University mission statement.
Recruitment Coordinator Malibu Campus
This position acts as the primary liaison between prospective students and the Pepperdine School of Law, performing recruitment outreach for the Straus Institute’s in-person graduate degrees and certificate programs. In collaboration with Straus leadership and the CSOL marketing team, this position is responsible for maintaining prospective student communications and the nurturing of program applicants through relationship building efforts. This includes proactively engaging with new and existing leads by conducting email and call campaigns, individual consultations and facilitating class visits, planning and running weekly information sessions, as well as other in person and virtual engagement events and activities. This position also provides administrative support to Straus’ Managing Director.

Senior Database Analyst Calabasas Campus
The Senior Database Analyst provides data expertise, including Excel and query skills, to maintain records in the Raiser's Edge (Advancement's fundraising database). This individual researches students and alumni in Peoplesoft and updates Raiser's Edge records appropriately. The Senior Database Analyst proofs data in Excel prior to import via Importomatic and works collegially on team endeavors to support the goals of the department. This individual raises issues to the Director at the earliest opportunity, verifies accuracy of database updates, and improves and documents processes and procedures.
Advisor, Recruitment & Advising West LA Campus
The primary purpose of this position is to recruit qualified, fully-employed, business professionals to the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School (PGBS) Part-Time MBA program. This position is responsible for cultivating relationships for pipeline generation purposes and proactively engaging with new and existing leads by conducting email and call campaigns, individual consultations and facilitating class visits, student panels, information sessions, virtual and in class presentations, and other in person and virtual engagement events and activities. The Recruitment Advisor will join the Part-Time recruitment team and will be expected to work in collaboration with teammates and peers across three verticals (Full-Time, Part-Time, and Executive programs) to promote the Pepperdine University and Graziadio Business School mission and purpose and inspire prospective students to pursue their graduate business education.
Building Maintenance Technician, Second Shift Malibu Campus
Under direction of the Senior Manager of Maintenance Services and HVAC Lead Technician for the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), and in collaboration with the Manager on Duty (MOD), the Building Maintenance Technician will perform various skilled and semi-skilled tasks in the maintenance of machinery, buildings, and equipment throughout campus facilities during the night shift on assigned days of the week from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. This person shall perform work at a skilled level in several trades including carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical, and mechanical, and do related work as required. They will collaborate with DFS and other University departments to deliver high quality work and customer service in a timely manner.
Assistant Director, Counseling Center Malibu Campus
The Assistant Director promotes mental health on the Pepperdine University campus through direct intervention, outreach/prevention programming, consultation, and training.  This particular position provides mental health services to currently enrolled Pepperdine students and is part of the leadership team in the Counseling Center.  They contribute to the development of Counseling Center policy and procedures, manage the training program within the Center, and serve as a senior clinician, providing clinical supervision and consultation.  In the Counseling Center, we seek to hire, retain and mentor talented employees who share a love for Pepperdine, its students, and its mission.
