Serves as chief data knowledge, financial performance, and insights analyst for enrollment marketing, with strong secondary role as deputy planner/project manager supporting Director, Enrollment Marketing. This position designs and develops marketing insight and data analysis reports across all degree programs. Position also manages the marketing budget and spend per program analysis and recommends annual financial investments based upon channel performance and overall enrollment goals.


  • Budget analysis, tracking, and reporting.
  • Supports team on financial analysis and tracking, planning and lead flow management / monitoring /reporting across all programs. Utilize reporting systems such as Salesforce, Peoplesoft, AY and Google Analytics to develop performance management reports and dashboards.
  • Develop market and consumer intelligence through conducting quantitative and qualitative research as well as leveraging existing research sources syndicated and otherwise.
  • Tracking vendor performance for digital marketing via Google Adwords, Analytics and other tools to ensure work is completed as agreed upon.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

Required: BS/BA with focus on Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience in a related area; 2-3 years, experience with financial and/or digital performance analytics and monitoring (e.g. Google analytics). This individual should have basic knowledge of html, Excel, and data analysis tools; familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce or other); integration of data between systems; must be able to manage timely flow of business information to users; must be able to generate standard and custom reports summarizing business data for review by leadership team and other stakeholders.

Preferred: MA/MBA with a background in statistical analysis, finance, and/or marketing; 5 years in a digital marketing environment, enrollment management/higher education environment; experience creating relevant reporting methods and extracting key intelligence from large data sets; data modeling design experience in order to recommend ongoing product optimization and innovation. Knowledge of financial analysis or marketing automation systems (such as Salesforce) a plus. Strong critical thinking skills, Excel skills, and statistical analysis. Google analytics certified; Salesforce training.
