The Enrollment Advisor (EA) is responsible for recruiting business professionals to register for our open enrollment certificate programs. The EA position is the main point-of-contact for individuals seeking information about our programs. The EA acts as a guide to prospective participants by listening to their development goals and aligning a solution based on their desired outcomes. The EA will also develop relationships with prospects, keep accurate accounts of activity and communicate to the Regional Director larger corporate opportunities that arise from conversations with these individuals.

Duties

  • Recruitment and Sales: In addition to providing in-bound lead response, the EA will make outbound calls & emails to individual executives and corporate contacts.
  • Relationship building: The EA will be responsible for listening to the goals of external stakeholders and through learning our portfolio, be able to align solutions that ultimately build trust with the prospective client.
  • Customer Service: The EA is the main point-of-contact for all participants of our open enrollment programs, managing the service life cycle of the client from lead generation response to post-program communication.
  • CRM information management: The EA will be responsible for accurate and comprehensive data collection of client communication and life-cycle mapping.
  • Miscellaneous department support: Our department is experiencing growth and change, which infrequently may require support of small tasks.
  • Uphold University mission through work performed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

Required: 2 to 3 years of Corporate Sales, Recruiting, Advisement or Related experience. Experience using MS Office, mainly MS Word and Excel. CRM software administration (e.g. Salesforce). Supportive attitude – strong desire to help teammates succeed. Strong ability to develop rapport and relationships with mid-to-senior executives. Desire to learn and ability to operate with a steep learning curve. Enjoys working within a values driven culture. Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred: Experience working in a University environment (preferably Executive Education).Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

This is a restricted, exempt, 40 hour per week position.

Salary: Commensurate with experience
