The IT Client Services, Support Technician provides technical support to Pepperdine faculty, staff and students.


  • Support evening and occasional weekend classes (at our Westlake Village Campus)
  • Assist Pepperdine students with technology issues (in person at our Malibu campus or over the phone)
  • Provide backup coverage for Campus Operators at the Malibu campus.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Uphold University mission through work performed.

Skills and Qualifications

Previous technology support experience is desired, but not required. The IT department will give you the necessary training.

This is a restricted, non-exempt, 40 hour per week position.

Salary: Commensurate with experience
