The Graziadio Business School is seeking to further develop and expand its executive education and professional development offerings to business and industry. This position would be a highly seasoned and motivated leader to manage all aspects of Sales and Marketing, Professional Program Offerings development, and implementation and delivery of the executive education offerings. Additionally, Executive Education programs would be responsible for contributing to PGBS's corporate outreach and relations team to build sustainable relationships with businesses worldwide. Executive Education encompasses open enrollment certificate programs and should lead to increased transfer opportunities for students seeking a part time or full time degree program at PGBS.

Duties

  • Responsible for direct and indirect sales and marketing to achieve business plan revenue and sales goals.
  • Manage prospect pipeline from interest to close, including proposal process and establishing business contracts.
  • Provide leadership and oversight of all Executive Education offerings and services.
  • Development of operation plans for Executive Education with quantifiable goals for revenue and gross booking.
  • Development of business development plans for growing Executive Education programs.
  • Develop annual sales plans.
  • Provide oversight and coaching/training to Executive Education recruitment staff in order to increase department efficiency and results.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Uphold University mission through work performed.

Skills and Qualifications

Required: Bachelors degree. Minimum of 5 years executive education sales experience. Highly developed analytic and strategic skills and ability to communicate with academic and industry-professional constituents. Working knowledge of personal computer and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred: Master's degree or higher. 7-10 years of professional executive education experience with direct accountability for sales and program portfolio management.

This is a restricted, exempt, 40 hour per week position.

Salary: Commensurate with experience
