The purpose of this position is to provide support to the staff of the Investment Management Office.


  • Provide administrative support and office management to the Investment Management Office staff.
  • Manage the Investment Management Office budget, purchasing, and expense reporting.
  • Assist in the completion of documentation and monitoring requirements for investment and treasury activities.
  • Coordinate meeting agenda for the office as well as book meetings for the staff.
  • Manage administrative projects of a time sensitive nature including timely processing of documents, PowerPoint presentations, and excel spreadsheets; assist with year end audit, IT projects and the production of investment reports.
  • Manage the Investment Management Office website.
  • Handle travel and meeting arrangements.
  • Maintain the office library and document management system.
  • Develop administrative processes to support investment and treasury operations.
  • Interface with other units and departments of the University; perform special projects for the investment Management staff and other investment professionals (internal staff and external professionals).
  • Hire, train and supervise student workers.
  • Maintain a flexible and responsive attitude and approach to completing multiple tasks including; shift project focus while maintaining priorities as needed; recognizing and adapt to shifting priorities; perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Uphold University mission through work performed.

Skills and Qualifications

Required: Highly organized & detail oriented. Ability to work independently and efficiently within time-sensitive deadlines. Strong project management skills. Excellent written & verbal communication. Microsoft Office.

Preferred: Bachelor's Degree. Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop.

Salary: Commensurate with experience
