The Manager of Records and Enrollment for Online programs would be responsible for registration setup, maintain accurate student records, process enrollment requests, audit class rosters, and secure grades for the online psychology programs at GSEP. This position will work collaboratively with the Student Services Office, Online Psychology Programs, and staff and faculty to provide accurate and timely service to students and maintain compliance with established University policies and procedures.

Duties

  • Setup the registration system for the online psychology programs (4 times a year) and process registration request from advisors or directly from students. This would also include adding enrollment requirement groups to classes each session.
  • Maintain accurate student records by reviewing the data in PeopleSoft and updating the student record for accuracy. This would include processing program plan change requests, leave of absences, graduation forms, term withdrawals, and withdrawals from the University. Data auditing would be required through the use of queries in PeopleSoft.
  • Manage the class roster audit process for the online psychology programs. Process add/drop requests and administrative withdrawals per session. Secure course grades for the online psychology programs and partner with the Associate Dean's Office for outstanding grades per session (4 times a year).
  • Comply with regular PeopleSoft testing for the online psychology programs and participate in the PeopleSoft Records Group and other committee's related to the position. Those committee's may include the following: Student Services, Online Student Support, Data Stewardship, Online Operations Committee, etc.
  • Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
  • Uphold University mission through work performed.

Skills and Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in higher education with knowledge of information systems and registration setup. Student-centered and is able to establish strong working relationships with students, faculty, and staff. Analytical and able to solve complex system issues. Working knowledge of enrollment management systems. Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Google Suite products.

Preferred: Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in higher education in records and enrollment or related experience. Strong background with information systems and registration setup. Student-centered and is able to establish strong working relationships with students, faculty, and staff. The ability to handle multiple projects at one time and meet established deadlines. Analytical and able to solve complex system issues. Experience with PeopleSoft and Salesforce. Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Google Suite products.
