The position works collaboratively with all departments of GSEP to raise & elevate brand awareness for GSEP programs. The position oversees & monitors quality lead generation to increase enrollment for all GSEP programs. It supports the internal and external relations departments to create and produce collateral material. Serve as a Project Manager for various web and print related projects - plan, coordinate, implement and finalize projects according to the specifications and deadlines. Lead the planning and implementation of marketing initiatives, with a focus on recruiting prospective students for GSEP.

Duties

  • Works closely with the schools' admissions, alumni relations, and career services team to support their marketing and communications needs.
  • Develop and execute integrated and strategic marketing and enrollment plans consistent with the GSEP's brand strategies.
  • Writing and editing news releases, newsletters, and other marketing/public relations content.
  • Oversee GSEP Marketing Department and identify and supervise external vendors. Administer University editorial policies and ensure editorial and visual compliance.
  • Work with in-house or outside digital designer and video producer to create effective print and digital marketing collateral and promotional videos.
  • Manage the schools' social media properties and website with fresh and engaging content
  • Counsel/Train administrative staff and faculty on effective marketing and communication tactics
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of the schools' marketing and communications efforts.
  • Contribute to other marketing and communications activities in support of all departments of GSEP.
  • Other duties and responsibilities and assigned by supervisor.

Skills and Qualifications

Required:Bachelor’s degree and/or 5-10 years of experience in marketing, editorial, design, marketing/recruitment or related field (preferably in an academic environment). Demonstrated success in executing marketing systems, marketing campaigns, web marketing/recruitment and market awareness. Exhibits excellence in customer service and leadership. Well versed is MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photo-shop or comparable design program. Knowledge of cloud base storage, CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce) and integrated educational systems (i.e.PeopleSoft).

Preferred:Masters degree. Experience organizing and mapping out communication plans. Prior Higher Education admission and recruitment experience.

Salary: Commensurate with experience
