To recruit business professional students to the Graziadio Business School Fully Employed MBA and BSM programs. This position is responsible for responding to new and existing inquiries and inspiring, motivating, and supporting prospective students through their exploration and application process through individual consultations, class visits, corporate and in class presentations, and other in person and virtual engagement opportunities.


  • Recruit and enroll prospects into the Fully Employed programs, including managing all aspects of the business funnel from prospect generation to enrollment. 
  • Develop sponsorship opportunities and recruitment events in collaboration with target professional organizations and alumni to generate qualified leads for Fully Employed Programs in support of enrollment targets.
  • Develop collaborative working relationships with recruitment teammates, and counterparts in Admissions, Financial Aid, Programs, Marketing, Alumni, and Career offices to achieve and exceed enrollment targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date prospect records in CRM system, report on pipeline activity and be knowledgeable about the competitive landscape in the region, and assist with file completion. 
  • Represent Graziadio at local and national community colleges, MBA and other recruitment and professional fairs and conferences. Facilitate info sessions, in class presentations, participate on panels and proactively seek ways to increase brand and program awareness.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's Degree; Minimum of three years of successful higher education student recruitment or corporate sales experience. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, including written and verbal skills, presentations, and teamwork; Effective organization and time-management skills; Excellent customer relationship management skills; Results-oriented. Basic knowledge of office equipment and strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to travel locally and nationally as well as work evenings and weekends. 

Preferred: MBA; 5+ years of proven success in corporate sales or higher education student recruitment; Established contacts within the local business community; Crowd-sourcing experience. In-depth knowledge of graduate level programs; Successful consultative sales or student recruitment experience. Previous experience with Salesforce CRM and/or PeopleSoft.

This is a restricted, exempt, 40 hour per week position.

Salary: Commensurate with experience
