The Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager serves as the primary data analyst for marketing, with a strong secondary role assisting in the management of online marketing for lead acquisition, focused primarily on organic website, search, display, email, paid social and affiliate channel tactics. The role will assist the Associate Director of Digital Marketing in planning and lead flow management, monitoring, and reporting across all programs, utilizing reporting tools to develop and run reports from various university systems.This role requires technical skills in the areas of Google AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, and CRM marketing automation/email campaign analytics, and will help the marketing team to grow customer acquisition efforts and ROI through continuous optimization, testing, and experimenting with messaging and other strategies in partnership with digital agency partners and internal stakeholders. In addition, the role will assist with web content management, technical edits and quality assurance, and is responsible for supporting the business school websites to ensure they are search engine optimized and meet WCAG 2.0 accessibility guidelines. This role promotes the mission of the University through the enhancement and management of web content which promotes the school’s overall digital presence and program interest.


  • Manage website content and graphic design development, email campaign management, and other digital marketing activities.
  • Data reporting and analysis; campaign performance management.
  • Analysis and monitoring of analytics across all marketing communications channels.
  • Continuously makes updates that promote SEO performance, i.e. resolve heading nesting issues as well duplicate meta descriptions and meta titles.
  • Generation of customized reports of data integrated from various systems.
  • Continuous improvement of the website content through monitoring quality assurance, i.e. fixing broken links, spelling errors, heading next issues, etc.
  • Creation of dashboards summarizing data for presentation to leadership, and performance of other duties as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing management experience with an expertise in statistical data analytics, web layout using HTML, content management systems, SEO content development. Highly organized, ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team oriented environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; time-management skills. Experience with Google Analytics, CRM and social media analytic tools.

Preferred: Experience working with OmniUpdate, Salesforce, and various marketing automation software (i.e. Marketo, Marketing Cloud) in an educational environment with marketing project responsibility. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and email marketing applications such as Emma and Constant Contact.
