The Administrative Coordinator provides primary, part-time support for the Associate Dean of Student Affairs.

Duties

  • Provide general office support to Dean of Student Affairs Office; assist with various day-to-day activities and projects including scheduling meetings, general clerical and administrative support, and responding to phone calls.
  • Supporting emergency preparedness preparation; transfer/commuter student initiatives, and student care team follow-up; serve on Student Affairs emergency response team.
  • Support Student Affairs professional and help plan and execute staff development activities, trainings, and events.
  • Reconciling and substantiating credit card statements.
  • As a staff member in Student Affairs who works closely with students, this person serves as a Christian role model and promotes a biblical worldview.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Uphold the University mission in all work performed.

Preferred: Bachelor's degree; one year office experience.


Ability to integrate Christian faith with student development theories and practice Other Requirements: Personal faith in Jesus Christ; active involvement in a local church; demonstrated support for the Christian mission of the University.
