The Campus Visit Operations Manager oversees the daily campus visit experience including the coordinating of campus tours, manages student staff, and supervises the Welcome Center Coordinator. The Campus Visit Operations Manager serves as the front line manager to all inquiry communications including the oversight of the Office of Admission phone lines and emails. This position is the direct liaison between the Office of Admission Staff and the 25-30 student workers employed in the office and is charged to recruit, hire, and train the front line and student staff to represent the University mission to prospective students, parents, counselors, donors, and other visitors as University ambassadors.

Duties

  • Oversight of campus visit experiences and front line operations including scheduling and coordinating campus tours.
  • Supervision of Welcome Center Coordinator; including oversight of group tours and welcome center duties.
  • Engage in onboarding, supervision, scheduling, and mentorship of 25-30 student staff.
  • Oversee the Office of Admission general email & phone inquiries.
  • Serve on the Events Committee and assist with on-campus recruitment events.
  • Emergency Response Team (ERT) representative
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Uphold University mission through work performed.

Salary: Commensurate with experience.
