Provides academic management, visa management, and enrollment management support for International Programs. Enables students to have a successful academic experience abroad: receive academic advising, manage student and faculty visa process, course registration, internship interviews and preparation, evaluations of programs, and supporting students as they prepare for the abroad experience
Duties
- Visa Management for 10-20 Faculty and 300+ Students.
- Coordinate IP academics including performing registration audits, ensuring academic policies are in compliance, academic advising, managing course lists, managing enrollment for each program, and managing textbook lists and syllabi.
- Manage all IP internship programs, including performing the duties of selecting students, assisting with internship preparation, and executing and leading internship preparation orientations.
- Plan, maintain, and collect assessment of IP Program Learning Outcomes. Recommend changes to program and curriculum.
- Keep position manual updated.
- Supervise student worker(s).
- Enrollment Management Support as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Uphold University mission through work performed.

Skills and Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field. 5 years of professional work experience. Understanding of collegiate academics. Mac OS; MS Office Suite
Preferred: Master's degree in a related field. 10+ years of academic management support at a private college. College enrollment management experience. Internship management experience. PeopleSoft Tools experience
