This position supports the Clinical Education Program and Global Programs at the Caruso School of Law. This includes administrative work for the Clinical Program's academic components, professional law practice, and clinical faculty, and it includes managing systems related to budgets, grants, enrollment, events, communication, data management, and compliance. The position also supports CSOL Global Programs through work with budgets, recruiting, enrollment, events, and administration. This position contributes to the University’s mission and strategic plan by maintaining, expanding, and improving the capacity of the Clinical Education Program to provide experiential learning and professional formation for students and access to justice for clients, and by improving and expanding the CSOL Global Programs to provide international, culturally-competent, mission-driven education for CSOL students.


  • Provide administrative and logistical support to clinical program faculty and the program of clinical education
  • Manage budget systems and monthly allocations and substantiations for the program of clinical education
  • Manage enrollment processes for externship and practicum programs 
  • Provide administrative support, including serving as a notary public, for the legal clinics and their practice
  • Counsel students on requirements for courses and programs within the program of clinical education 
  • Manage extensive documentation and records for the externship, practicum, pro bono, and experiential learning programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s Degree required Excellent organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, public relations skills, interpersonal skills, supervisory skills, Microsoft Office and Google Tools proficiency.

Preferred: Two to three years administrative or professional experience in higher education or law practice administration required.

This is a Regular, Nonexempt, 40 hour per week position.

Salary: Commensurate with experience.
