Administrative Assistant, School of Law Advancement Malibu Campus
Under the direction of the Assistant Vice Chancellor and Senior Director of Development, School of Law and the Director, Law Associates, this position provides daily administrative support services to the School of Law advancement officers including prospect research, donation correspondence, gift fulfillment, campaign support, events/meeting management as well as special events assistance. At the School of Law, administrative support supports the following areas: The School of Law Board of Advisors, the Dean’s Council, and the office of Advancement at the School of Law. Director, Waves Athletic Fund Malibu Campus
The Director, Waves Athletic Fund will serve as an annual giving officer who is primarily responsible for raising gifts in the $1,000 to $25,000 range with primary emphasis on identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding annual donors to the Waves Athletic Fund. This position will work in partnership with the Athletic Director, central advancement, and the athletics advancement staff to develop, organize, and implement a comprehensive fundraising program and strategies for Pepperdine Athletics. Additionally, this position carries primary responsibility for the development of the Forever Waves Athletic Alumni Club and Sports Advisory Councils, and serves as the primary advancement liaison partnering with the Athletic Director in rebuilding and managing the Athletics Board of Advisors. Administrative Services Coordinator Malibu Campus
The Administrative Services Coordinator is to represent Pepperdine to visiting guests; provide administrative support for Human Resources and the Office of Insurance & Risk; provide guidance for all incoming calls; and continually provide superior customer service to the Pepperdine community.
Director of Admission Malibu Campus
Reporting to the Dean of Enrollment Management, the Director is responsible for managing the Office of Admission and has operational oversight for recruitment and admission for the new domestic student population. The Director provides strategic, innovative leadership, developing enrollment goals aligned with the revenue objectives and student success initiatives of the college. Public Services Assistant (Part-Time) Malibu Campus
The purpose of the Public Services Assistant (Part-Time) position is to staff the circulation desk and be responsible for the general operations of the Law Library during evenings and weekends. The position offers excellent customer service to the Law Library’s patrons and thus embodies the mission of the University. The hours for this position will be either Fridays 3pm-8pm and Saturdays 10am-5pm OR Saturdays 3pm-8pm and Sundays 12pm-7pm.
Production Manager Malibu Campus
The Production Manager is responsible for supervision of technical operations for the Center of the Arts and is responsible for implementing successful events and supervising student and overhire technical staff. This position reports to and assists the Director of Production in handling all of the technical needs at the Center for the Arts. Career Coach, Fully-Employed Programs Irvine Graduate Campus
This position will provide career services to Fully Employed MBA, MS, and BSM students at the Irvine Graduate Campus. Primary functions will include providing career advisement to students via in person, phone or virtual sessions and facilitating professional development opportunities that support students’ needs with respect to professional preparation and advancement. Student Accounts Coordinator West LA Campus
The Student Accounts Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to deliver professional customer service to students regarding student accounts and related student issues and to maintain GSEP students’ accounts in accordance with the University established policies & federal regulations.
