The Ticket Sales and Service Manager is responsible for managing the Pepperdine Athletics Ticket Office needs for sevens sports (men’s & women’s basketball, men’s and women’s volleyball, men’s water polo, baseball, women’s soccer) regularly, while managing postseason ticketing needs for all sports. Position will also be solely responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the ticketing office, including customer service, daily deposits and reconciliation of tickets. The Representative will generate revenue primarily by creating relationships via outbound/inbound phone calls and face-to-face meetings with a concentration on season basketball ticket sales with a secondary focus on the season, single game, mini-plan, and group sales for all ticketed sports.
Drescher Graduate Campus Librarian Malibu Campus
The Drescher Graduate Campus Librarian is a key member of the team of librarians and staff who together manage the operations of the graduate campus libraries at Pepperdine University. The librarian develops strong working relationships with faculty, students, staff, and affiliated researchers at the Graziadio Business School, School of Public Policy, and Graduate School of Education and Psychology to support their learning, research, and teaching needs through collections and services. The librarian is responsible for providing group and individual instruction and consultation for basic and advanced research and for academic courses. The librarian collaborates with colleagues to enhance existing programs and services and to develop new programs and services that promote the use of the libraries’ collections, services, and expertise as opportunities arise.
Resident Director Malibu Campus
In this 10-month position, Resident Directors (RDs) serve as ministers, professionals, mentors, educators, and scholar-practitioners. Their primary function is to build community within an assigned residential area, to support students, and to foster respect for the policies of the institution. This position contributes to and supports the University's mission and strategic plan by enhancing the learning experience and by fostering a safe, caring, respectful, and dynamic residential community. Resident Directors oversee 6-15 student leaders including Resident Advisors (RAs) and Spiritual Life Advisors (SLAs); develop communities of 250-450 freshmen, sophomores, or upperclassmen/graduate students; and provide support to campus via an on-call RD rotation.

Associate University Librarian for Special Collections, University Archives, and Preservation Malibu Campus
Reporting to the Dean of Libraries, the Associate University Librarian (AUL) for Special Collections, University Archives, and Preservation oversees all aspects of the Special Collections, University Archives, and Preservation department. The AUL leads a team of faculty, staff, and student workers to conduct collection development, preservation, organization, description, access, instruction, promotion and outreach for cultural heritage materials held by the libraries, especially rare books and archival materials. The AUL provides administrative oversight and support by setting priorities, hiring and supervising staff, managing budget expenditures, developing policies and procedures, and grant-writing. The AUL works with the Dean of Libraries and the department’s faculty and staff to set a vision for the department, and promotes this vision to stakeholders, including donors, faculty, and researchers. The AUL also serves on the libraries’ senior leadership team, and integrates the work of the department with the library as a whole. Additionally, the AUL contributes to teaching, learning, and research on campus by hosting workshops, providing in-class instruction, and leading seminars using special collection materials. The AUL helps to maintain ties with the university’s local community and heritage by building collections that reflect these relationships.
