Associate Director of Admission Records Malibu Campus
The Associate Director of Admission records is to serve as operations manager of Server College, Admission Records, being responsible for day-to-day operations of admission application and technology processes, admission records processing staff, and applicant files/data. This position is also responsible for overseeing the maintenance, import and export of prospective student data. The Office of Admission seeks to attract, recruit, and admit students who will further the mission of the University in addition to attracting, hiring, and retaining employees that will do the same. The Associate Director of Admission Records serves as a liaison towards both of these endeavors. The position focuses on creating and maintaining efficiencies in the application process and mentoring a staff of individuals that will help create an excellent customer service experience.

The Senior Client Technologies Analyst serves to help faculty effectively apply technology to achieve academic goals. This technology includes audio-visual technology, classroom technology, live event technology, video conferencing technology and other various technologies that are in use at the campus. This individual will work directly with faculty and divisions to provide technology-related project consultation, coordination and production; to manage technology resources; to provide just-in-time training and support; and to assist with technology research, planning, acquisition, and implementation within an academic context. This position also maintains database for tracking inventory of all IT owned audio visual equipment, facilities maintenance and repair of audio visual equipment, consults with IT and other university departments in selection and purchase of new and replacement audio visual equipment; researches new techniques and emerging technologies to develop cost effective solutions for new purchases and upgrades.
