Transit Ambassador Malibu Campus
Pepperdine University, a private, non-profit, faith-based institution seeks a Shuttle Driver to transport students, faculty and staff (as well as special clients, such as the elderly or people with disabilities). This position serves as a front line ambassador for the University, warmly welcoming guests, students, and community members, and providing directional information as needed. This position provides additional support for the Lead Shuttle Driver to cover schedules and cadet new drivers; perform vehicle inspections as per CHP and ADA regulations; and assist student drivers in obtaining Class B Licenses. The Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing safety to passengers; is able to make informed and safe decisions independently; maintain cleanliness of vehicles; and perform other related duties as assigned.
Program Administrator, Online Psychology Programs West LA Campus, Irvine Graduate Campus
The Psychology@Pepperdine online programs include the MACLP program, which prepares students to become LMFT's and LPCC's, the MSBP Program which prepares students to work as applied behavior analysts, and the MAP program which prepares students for further study in psychology or careers in the field. These aims are consistent with the mission of Pepperdine University to prepare students for lives of service, purpose and leadership. The Program Administrator of the Online Psychology Programs at GSEP plays a critical role in the administration of these programs and as such supports both program's contribution to the university's mission. This position will be based out of either Pepperdine's West LA or Irvine campus.

IT Support Services Manager West LA Campus

Student Accounts Coordinator West LA Campus

Assistant Director of Enrollment and Admissions West LA Campus
The purpose of the role is to provide important insights and recommendations for achieving annual enrollment goals. as well as overseeing data integrity and business processes. This position reports to the Senior Director of Technology, Digital Initiatives & Innovation. This position is responsible for managing the workflow of the enrollment and processing team and contributes to the University’s strategic plan by ensuring the University stays up to date in the knowledge and use of multiple data systems, including but not limited to People Soft, data imaging systems, and online application system. This role utilizes the CRM database (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Lightning, PeopleSoft, eTrieve, CollegeNet and other associated higher education technology applications) to track leads and contacts individuals who have indicated an interest in the assigned programs. This position creates and coordinates communication among students regarding admission status and performs process audits on student enrollment processes to ensure matriculation. The role also collaborates with the Manager of Digital Marketing and Business Analysts.
Clinical Training Coordinator, Online M.S. Behavioral Psychology (MSBP) Program Malibu Campus
The Psychology@Pepperdine MSBP online program prepares students to become board certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) and serve individuals and families with developmental disabilities. These aims are consistent with the mission of Pepperdine University to prepare students for lives of service, purpose, and leadership. The Clinical Training Coordinator (CTC) for the Online MSBP Program is responsible for coordinating clinical training needs of students enrolled in the Online MSBP Program and supporting the Associate Program Director (APD) and Program Director for the MSBP Program.
Manager, Graduate School Programs Malibu Campus

The Manager, Graduate Programs position has a significant impact on the annual giving program's sustainability. Converting current graduate students into educated donors while they are at Pepperdine is vital in order to create a future marked by a vibrant alumni donor base. Program Assistant: Foster Grandparents Program West LA Campus
The Foster Grandparent Program (FGP) is a grant funded program managed under the auspices of the Pepperdine’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology. The Program Assistant is responsible for volunteer recruitment, placement and support of the Foster Grandparent Program. The Program Assistant provides oversight of approximately volunteers 81 placed at up to 20 volunteer stations located primarily in Service Planning Areas (SPA) number 6, 7 and 8. The Program Assistant is to ensure that volunteers have the resources and support needed in order to continue service within the community.

Reporting to the Dean of Enrollment Management, the Director is responsible for managing the Office of Admission and has operational oversight for recruitment and admission for the new domestic student population. The Director provides strategic, innovative leadership, developing enrollment goals aligned with the revenue objectives and student success initiatives of the college.
