Temporary Marketing & Events Project Coordinator Malibu Campus
The Temporary Marketing & Events Project Coordinator is meant to support the Pepperdine Law Marketing and Events team with project management on a temporary basis. eLearning Support Specialist West LA Campus
This position administers eLearning applications and provides primary technical training for Graziadio's eLearning applications and its users (mainly those who teach/learn in online/blended environments). This position ensures that the eLearning needs of faculty and students at Graziadio are met on a day to day basis and over time. Graziadio holds to its original mission by embracing the opportunities that blended and online courses offer to business professionals. As these types of offerings grow, eLearning must provide the services that promote the effective and efficient use of eLearning tools. Through training, the increasing population of faculty and students involved in these endeavors can be adequately prepared to teach and learn in online/blended environments.
Student Accounts Consultant Malibu Campus
A Student Accounts Consultant is responsible to maintain the accuracy of student accounts, assist students and parents with questions and payments, work with departments to get the appropriate charges posted or credited, and make sure we are following University established policies and federal regulations. Assignments are available on multiple campuses, and lengths generally range from one day to several weeks. The Foster Grandparent Program (FGP) is a grant-funded program managed under the auspices of the Graduate School of Education and Psychology. The Outreach and Recruitment Assistant is responsible for volunteer placement and support of the Foster Grandparent Program. The Outreach and Recruitment Assistant provides oversight of approximately 100 volunteers placed at 12 volunteer stations located primarily in Service Planning Area (SPA) number 6 and 8. The Outreach and Recruitment Assistant is to insure that volunteers have the resources and support needed in order to continue service within the community.
Student Accounts Coordinator West LA Campus

Supports 60+ academic law school classes per semester. Assists in coordinating all midterm and final exams for Malibu, Washington DC and London Campuses. This position gives the 40+ faculty and 600+ law students the highest level of administrative support. This position supports faculty writing and other projects which enhance the law school's reputation. Provides excellent customer service to our students which contributes to a successful law school experience. This position must also work closely with the Academic Dean and staff to coordinate the exam schedule and other academic matters as they arise.
Physician Assistant Malibu Campus
The Physician Assistant is a skilled health care professional who, under the supervision of a physician, performs a variety of medical, diagnostic and therapeutic services.
