This position supports the protection of human subjects, compliance issues, and ethical practices in research for Pepperdine University's five schools.
Digital Marketing and Analytics Manager West LA Campus
The Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager serves as the primary data analyst for marketing, with a strong secondary role assisting in the management of online marketing for lead acquisition, focused primarily on organic website, search, display, email, paid social and affiliate channel tactics. The role will assist the Associate Director of Digital Marketing in planning and lead flow management, monitoring, and reporting across all programs, utilizing reporting tools to develop and run reports from various university systems.This role requires technical skills in the areas of Google AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, and CRM marketing automation/email campaign analytics, and will help the marketing team to grow customer acquisition efforts and ROI through continuous optimization, testing, and experimenting with messaging and other strategies in partnership with digital agency partners and internal stakeholders. In addition, the role will assist with web content management, technical edits and quality assurance, and is responsible for supporting the business school websites to ensure they are search engine optimized and meet WCAG 2.0 accessibility guidelines. This role promotes the mission of the University through the enhancement and management of web content which promotes the school’s overall digital presence and program interest.
Weight Room Attendant Malibu Campus

Special Programs Manager Malibu Campus
The Special Programs Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing films, events, the bi-monthly farmers market, and Pepperdine-generated programs ensuring excellence in the execution of events and overnight stays as an outstanding exemplar for the Pepperdine community. The Special Programs Manager will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing student employees to assist in duties, and coordinating components for the successful implementation of client services, including but not limited to contracts, insurance compliance, accounts payables and receivables, AV technical assistance, and program expansion. An ability to create and maintain exceptional relationships with clients both internal and external to the University are essential to the position. Development of strong working relationships with campus partners, such as Housing and Residence Life, Dining Services, Public Safety, Information Technology, Facilities, Athletics, and more are also required. Additionally, the Special Programs Manager must be willing to work flexible hours, including late nights and weekends. The Special Programs Manager will report to the Director of Special Programs and assist in strategizing efforts for increasing revenue through efficient, mission-aligned use of the University's campuses and centers.
Resilience Program Coordinator Malibu Campus
The Resilience Program Coordinator will manage and deliver proactive resilience programs that empower students to identify needs and access resources on an off campus to promote their health and wellbeing. This position addresses student health, wellness and resilience through research, education and campus programming. This role will work collaboratively with campus partners to promote student wellness campus wide. Programming efforts include but are not limited to relational health, mental health, nutrition, physical activity, time management, stress management, social wellbeing, sleep, financial health, and spiritual formation. The Resilience Program Coordinator will also work with campus partners to secure grants and other forms of funding to enhance the program.
Temporary Talent Management Specialist West LA Campus
The Temporary Talent Management Specialist (TM Specialist) is in charge of supporting the Talent Management department in the hiring, on-boarding and staff development areas at the Graduate School of Education and Psychology (GSEP). Program Assistant: Foster Grandparents Program (Temporary) West LA Campus
The Foster Grandparent Program (FGP) is a grant funded program managed under the auspices of the Pepperdine’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology. The Program Assistant is responsible for volunteer recruitment, placement and support of the Foster Grandparent Program. The Program Assistant provides oversight of approximately volunteers 81 placed at up to 20 volunteer stations located primarily in Service Planning Areas (SPA) number 6, 7 and 8. The Program Assistant is to ensure that volunteers have the resources and support needed in order to continue service within the community.
Junior Advisor, Recruitment and Advising West LA Campus

Graphic Design and Print Production Assistant Malibu Campus
The Graphic Design and Print Production Assistant provides valuable services such as graphic design, printing, and binding to Pepperdine students and staff. This position is responsible for typesetting, layout, prepress, operating Ricoh sheetfed digital color presses and the binding equipment in the Printing Services department. This role will be required to work in both the Calabasas and Malibu campus locations. He/she will help students and staff to produce print projects including but not limited to: documents, posters, pamphlets, brochures and bound materials from digital files, graphics, and design software. This position will follow the Living Pepperdine standards in day to day work; participate in Daily Line-Ups and be able to articulate how the standards tie to daily work.
Business Assessment Analyst Calabasas Campus
The Business Assessment Analyst reports to the Associate Provost of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness. The primary responsibility of this position is to serve as data analyst for assessment and accreditation software systems (Watermark, Portfolium, and Interfolio). The incumbent will work with vendors and internal IT teams to ensure data accuracy and quality, provide reports for the purposes of assessment and accreditation and train students, faculty and staff to use software applications. This position is required to develop data reports for faculty at regular intervals that will be used for program planning and improvement.
