Program Manager, Intercultural Affairs Malibu Campus
This position provides administrative and programmatic support to Intercultural Affairs and the Associate Dean of Student Affairs for Diversity & Belonging. The Program Manager (PM) will report to the Director of ICA and will work directly with ICA student club leaders to oversee the planning and implementation of large club events, including adherence to Pepperdine policies, budgeting, and risk management protocol. In addition, the PM supports and advocates for ICA student club members through the planning of these programs and events. Shuttle Driver Malibu Campus
Pepperdine University, a private, non-profit, faith-based institution, seeks a Shuttle Driver to safely transport students, faculty, staff, and guests to and from various destinations on and around Pepperdine's campus, serving those with accessibility needs following ADA regulations. This position serves as a front-line ambassador, upholding the University mission through work performed, warmly welcoming students, community members and guests, and providing directional information as needed. This position provides additional support to the Lead Shuttle Driver to cover schedules. Greeting each passenger with a smile is the first step to making them feel welcome on the Pepperdine campus. As a member of Pepperdine's Transit team, the Shuttle Driver will be one of the first, and most regular, faces interacting with our passengers. There will be occasions on which departments within the University will request off-campus special events that will require shuttle services. The incumbent will be expected to reflect Pepperdine's high customer service standards with a friendly and helpful demeanor.

Assistant Director of Diversity and Belonging Malibu Campus
The Assistant Director of Diversity and Belonging designs, coordinates, and implements the goals of the CSOL Office of Diversity and Belonging. The newly formed position is designed to support and work closely with the Dean of Students, Diversity and Belonging, to ensure that CSOL students experience a sense of belonging and inclusion inside and outside the classroom. This includes, but is not limited to, assistance with programming, policy development and implementation, student advisement and general administrative support. The Assistant Director must have fundamental knowledge of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) theory and practice, and must be comfortable with managing sensitive matters and having difficult conversations with students, faculty and staff alike.
