Shuttle Driver Malibu Campus
Pepperdine University, a private, non-profit, faith-based institution seeks a Shuttle Driver to transport students, faculty and staff (as well as special clients, such as the elderly or people with disabilities). This position serves as a front line ambassador for the University, warmly welcoming guests, students, and community members, and providing directional information as needed. This position provides additional support for the Lead Shuttle Driver to cover schedules and cadet new drivers; perform vehicle inspections as per CHP and ADA regulations; and assist student drivers in obtaining Class B Licenses. Office Manager, Campus Operations Malibu Campus
The Office Manager manages all day-to-day office operations for Campus Operations. This includes representing Campus Operations to all external and internal constituents and providing superior customer service. Assistant Director of Career Education & Counseling West LA Campus
The primary purpose of this position is to lead GSEP Career Services' career education and career counseling functions. Specifically, this position oversees the training and ongoing supervision of Career Services' paraprofessional staff. The position will also provide direct career development support to GSEP students and alumni and serve as a contributing team member to Career Services' resource development and employer engagement efforts. Drescher Graduate Campus Librarian Malibu Campus
The Drescher Graduate Campus Librarian is a key member of the team of librarians and staff who together manage the operations of the graduate campus libraries at Pepperdine University. The Drescher Graduate Campus Librarian works under the direction of the Dean of Libraries and reports to the Associate University Librarian for Public Services and is responsible for carrying out services to support learning, research, and teaching. Senior Enrollment Services Processor West LA Campus
The Senior Enrollment Services Processor is responsible for managing the workflow of the admissions and processing team to meet deadlines, as well as overseeing data integrity and business processes. The position also ensures the University stays up to date in the knowledge and use of multiple data systems, including but not limited to PeopleSoft, data imaging systems, and online application system. Additional responsibilities include collecting and tracking admissions files, creating and coordinating communication among students regarding admission status, and performing process audits on student enrollment processes to ensure matriculation.
