Enrollment Services Officer, Online Psychology Programs West LA Campus
The online psychology programs are designed to offer access to high quality education both within and outside of California. Using state of the art technology, and a stellar faculty, the programs directly contribute to the University's mission of preparing students for lives of purpose, service and leadership. This role is responsible for managing work flow to meet deadlines as well as maintaining and updating business processes . Ensures the University stays up to date in the knowledge and use of multiple data systems, including but not limited to People Soft, SalesForce, data imaging systems, and online application system. Responsible for collecting and tracking admissions files. Creates and coordinates matriculation amongst students regarding admission status. Performs process audits on student enrollment processes to ensure matriculation and enrollment. The officer must ensure the accurate, efficient and timely processing of application review and entering student information into required databases.
Student Accounts Coordinator West LA Campus
The Student Accounts Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to deliver professional customer service to students regarding student accounts and related student issues and to maintain GSEP students’ accounts in accordance with the University established policies & federal regulations. In addition, the Student Accounts Coordinator serves as a member of GSEP’s Student Financials team and provides support to the Financial Aid and Student Services departments.

Enrollment Outreach and Partnerships Officer West LA Campus
This role manages recruitment outreach and strategic partnerships to contribute to the development of the strategic and tactical marketing and recruitment plan, which is developed collaboratively with the marketing team. The officer builds strategic community relationships and is responsible for coordination of outreach projects and various community outreach activities, sponsorships, and events. Provides important insights and recommendations, based on his/her data and experience, for achieving the annual enrollment goals. Works with Marketing and Enrollment teams to generate leads and ensure contact with individuals who have indicated an interest in the assigned programs. This role encourages them to attend an information briefing or otherwise furthering their interest in the programs. Updates database as necessary.
Assistant Director of Intercultural Affairs Malibu Campus
The Assistant Director (AD) will manage, develop, and assess programs and trainings that provide first rate intercultural and diversity education, and student services that are designed to foster an inclusive environment where all student identities are affirmed and supported. In addition, the AD serves as an advisor, mentor, and advocate for underrepresented students and ICA student clubs. The AD provides administrative and clerical support, event coordination, assessment, and supervision of student affairs interns and undergraduate interns. As a staff member in Student Affairs who works closely with students, this person serves as a Christian role model to students and promotes a biblical worldview.
Associate Director of Admission Malibu Campus
The Associate Director of Admission supervises the admission counselors for Seaver College, including but not limited to, goal setting, strategies, and cultivating a thriving working culture. The Associate Director manages personnel, chairs the Admission Committee, and serves on a variety of other committees. This position has a direct role in shaping the admitted class and determining and executing enrollment goals for Seaver College. They are responsible for cultivating brand awareness and volume at the top of the recruitment funnel. This position directly supports Goals 2, 4, and 5 of the strategic plan by attracting mission-fit applicants from diverse communities who see the value of a Seaver investment. Attention to counseling students about college access and fit with the university's many offerings enhance customer service and student satisfaction, forming alumni who will in turn expand the Pepperdine family on a global scale, consistent with Goal 3.
Team Leader, Application Management Malibu Campus
The Application Management Team Leader is responsible for the implementation and support of software applications. This position will be involved with visiting with users to analyze processes, study feasibility, design solutions, gather feedback, and implement/manage software systems. Real Estate Manager Malibu Campus

Assistant Director for Professional Education and Externships Malibu Campus
The position plays a crucial role in the leadership and support of externship experiences for students as well as managing Straus’ training programs. This position is an integral part of keeping Straus at the forefront of dispute resolution education and delivering first class programs and experiences for our students. On the externship side, the person in this role will support the educational experiences of our students and regularly provide counseling and programs to introduce students to the externship program. They will be responsible for developing relationships with firms and organizations who can provide meaningful opportunities for students to apply what they have learned in the classroom in a real work environment.
