Automotive Technician/Mechanic Malibu Campus
Under the direction and guidance of the Automotive Services, Lead: perform automotive maintenance tasks including, but not limited to: major and minor tune-ups; replace brake shoes and pads; perform routine lubrications; oil changes; tire rotations; brake fluid flushes; alignments; and air condition repairs. Keep repair records on all fleet vehicles using TMA; perform other related duties as assigned. Seaver College of Letters, Arts, and Sciences at Pepperdine University seeks the next Executive Director of the Seaver College Career Center. The center is a leader among its peers and a program of great importance as the career readiness of students is one of the college’s highest priorities. The Center offers innovative career education programs to a diverse undergraduate population of approximately 3,400 students, develops and maintains strategic employer partnerships across industries, and manages a menu of cutting-edge technologies that equip students for career and internship success. The executive director must be able to cast a vision to continue the forward progress of the center, be eager to continue current programs that are driving success, and to be a trailblazer for new initiatives. The preferred candidate will have successfully led a complex department with multiple direct reports and have experience supervising and managing a diverse array of programs and operations. The next executive director will be responsible for the center’s menu of technology resources and be able to identify new technologies as needed, as well as implement and integrate them into the center’s portfolio. He or she will manage career outcomes data collection and reporting, as well as the assessment activities of the center. The next executive director will be able to represent the career center and build partnerships across the institution and among alumni, board members and friends. M.A. Clincal Training and Professional Development Coordinator Encino Graduate Campus
The primary purpose of this position is responsibility for clinical training and professional development of students enrolled in the Master of Arts in Psychology and Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy degree at the Plaza and San Fernando Valley Center. Duties include: visit, evaluate, and identify new sites and internships for the psychology students at the Plaza Center and the San Fernando Valley Center. The sites must meet both the minimal requirements established by the BBS (Board of Behavioral Sciences) and the University. Attention must also be given to the quality of the supervision. In addition to the site visits, a portion of the time will be spent advising MFT practicum students and keeping records.

Associate Program Director West LA Campus
The Associate Program Director serves a key role in ensuring excellence for Pepperdine GSEP programs at multiple campuses. The current program assignments for this role are the Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT), Teacher Preparation programs, and Master of Arts in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). In addition to education program responsibilities, this Associate Program Director will oversee the Dissertation filing process. This individual is a point of contact for all other persons who provide leadership, instruction, and support services for the programs. The Associate Program Director works directly and collaboratively with program directors, administration, faculty, staff, graduate assistants, and program partners in the planning, implementation, coordination of program operations and support to successfully accomplish program goals.
