The Manager of Records and Enrollment for Online programs would be responsible for registration setup, maintain accurate student records, process enrollment requests, audit class rosters, and secure grades for the online psychology programs at GSEP. Responsible for counseling undergraduate and graduate students and maintaining electronic student files. Counsel and assist both prospective and current students/parents on the financial assistance process. Analyze FAFSA data, federal IRS tax transcripts and financial verification documents. Execute the primary functions of the Office of Student Services related to the tasks associated with admissions and office management, providing full service recruitment and admissions services to prospective applicants and students to the School of Public. Manage recruitment and admissions services, including recruitment fairs and information sessions; communicate with and manage inquiries, leads, applicants, and admitted students; process applications. The Irvine Graduate Campus Librarian is a key member of the team of librarians and staff who together manage the operations of the graduate campus libraries at Pepperdine University. The librarian develops strong working relationships with faculty, students, staff, and affiliated researchers at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and the Graduate School of Education and Psychology to support their learning, research, and teaching needs.
