Student Accounts Consultant Malibu Campus
To maintain the student accounts, assist students and parents with questions and payments, work with departments to get the appropriate charges posted or credited, and make sure we are following University established policies and federal regulations. We treat the students and parents with courtesy and respect and strive to provide the best customer service possible by providing accurate information and connecting the student or parent with the appropriate person or department when necessary. We are here to assist the students and parents through the financial portion of their education through understanding, concern, and guidance.
Director of Housing Operations Malibu Campus
The basic purpose of the Director of Housing Operations position is to oversee the daily operations of all housing processes and procedures. This position provides supervision for housing staff including: Associate Director, Residential Systems Manager, Housing Operations Manager, Assignments Coordinator, and Administrative Assistant. The Director will work closely with the Associate Dean in establishing an occupancy management strategy for the five Pepperdine schools.
Program Assistant: Foster Grandparents Program West LA Campus
The Program Assistant is responsible for volunteer placement and support of the Foster Grandparent Program. The Program Assistant provides oversight of approximately 100 volunteers placed at 12 volunteer stations located primarily in Service Planning Area (SPA) number 6 and 8. The Program Assistant is to insure that volunteers have the resources and support needed in order to continue service within the community.
Data and Reporting Analyst West LA Campus

International Admission Manager Malibu Campus
The Office of International Student Services at Pepperdine University seeks a trained and dedicated international admissions manager to improve application completion for applicants with international education backgrounds, establish policies and perform international credential evaluation for admission, and assist admitted students with necessary next steps to enroll at Seaver College. This position assists the director in ensuring auditing, processing, and evaluations are completed in a timely manner, as well as assists with recommending and implementing process improvements and policies for Seaver international admissions. The international admissions manager serves as the primary reader and organizer of international files. This position directly supports Goals 2,4, and 5 of the Strategic Plan by enrolling and retaining diverse, mission-fit applicants from global communities who see the value of a Seaver investment. Interactions with prospective, current students, and alumni through oversight of both the admissions and immigration services contributes to forming alumni who will in turn expand the global Pepperdine family, consistent with Goal 3.

Senior Lead ERP Developer Calabasas Campus
This is a full time position for PeopleSoft Technical Lead. This position is responsible for providing technical leadership, guidance and oversight to the technical development teams responsible for Financial Aid and Student Financial module within PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. The incumbent also works closely with other groups including PeopleSoft functional leads, PeopleSoft environments team and the infrastructure group.
Director of Residence Life Malibu Campus
The Director of Residence Life is a live-in position who will give direct oversight to the daily operations of Residence Life, including supervision of 8 full time Resident Director positions and indirect supervision of approximately 100 Resident Advisors and Spiritual Life Advisors. The Director will also be responsible for coordinating specific programs for freshman and sophomore students. The Director will also serve as a member of the Student Affairs cabinet.
