Outreach Center Manager Malibu Campus
The Outreach Center Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the telephone fundraising for Advancement, including development and management of student supervisors and recruiting, hiring, and training of student callers. This role also coordinates Seaver College student philanthropy. The Outreach Center Manager will perform daily, weekly and long-term statistical analyses, act as liaison between student callers and Pepperdine staff, and be capable of effectively maintaining the integrity of a Pepperdine outreach center. The outreach center exists to facilitate a dialogue between Pepperdine and its constituents (alumni, parents, students, etc.) and cultivate engagement opportunities and a healthy donor base.

RelateStrong Director Malibu Campus
The RelateStrong Director for the Boone Center for the Family (BCFF) at Pepperdine University provides management and leadership for the RelateStrong program. The primary responsibility of the RelateStrong Director is to serve the relational needs of churches and academic organizations through developing, administrating, and conducting RelateStrong programming. The RelateStrong Director guides the direction and focus of RelateStrong, expanding its reach and brand; writes, edits, publishes, and coordinates curriculum; writes grant proposals; trains leaders; and presents seminars and workshops locally and nationally. Academic Support and Resource Specialist - Religion and Philosophy & Social Science Malibu Campus

Center for Applied Research (CAR) Project Manager and Analyst West LA Campus

Financial Aid Advisor Malibu Campus
The Financial Aid Advisor is responsible for counseling undergraduate and graduate students and maintaining electronic student files. This person will counsel and assist both prospective and current students/parents on the financial assistance process; analyze FAFSA data, Federal IRS tax transcripts and financial verification documents; and establish financial need and generate financial assistance award packages including federal, state and institutional awards/loans. The Financial Aid Advisor will perform verification on student files that are selected by the Department of Education, and will process both departmental and outside awards, as well as state grants. The incumbent will be responsible for knowing and following policies and regulations pertaining to all federal, state, university, and private financial assistance as applicable and interacting with departments to coordinate various student services. Multi-Craftsman I Malibu Campus
Under direction of the Manager of Structural Services and Lead Multi-Craftsman for the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), and in collaboration with colleagues, this position provides multi-craftsman oriented maintenance services to support University operations, including painting, carpentry, roofing, masonry, cabinetry, drywall, windows and coverings, and flooring. The Multi-Craftsman I will complete repairs and renovation work utilizing plans, specifications, and verbal instructions and collaborate with DFS and other University departments to initiate and deliver professional, quality results in a timely manner.
