Assistant Director, Student Engagement Malibu Campus
Under the general supervision of the director of Student Engagement and Success, the Assistant Director, Student Engagement is responsible for developing and cultivating an exceptional Graziadio student life experience through program development and planning; event management; and student organization advisement and support. The Office of Student Engagement and Success (SES) drives initiatives and experiences designed to support, nurture, and enhance the student experience at the Graziadio Business School. As an integral member of SES, the Assistant Director works both independently and collaboratively with students, staff, faculty, and other School/University departments in service of the Graziadio School mission to prepare students to become Best for the World leaders.
Office Manager Malibu Campus
Manage and control all administrative activities and functions of the International Studies and Languages Division on a daily basis as it interfaces with other University offices and serves students, faculty, staff and the general public. Assist and support the Divisional Dean and faculty with academic activities and other academic needs, including the oversight of all classroom and facility needs. Work one-on-one with students on issues related to scheduling, transferring of units, placement scores, and enrollment. Work closely with the Divisional Dean and Administrative Assistant to ensure that divisional operations run smoothly and efficiently.

This experienced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager will be responsible for optimizing University digital marketing channels to maximize their true SEO potential. We are looking for a hands-on professional with excellent problem solving and analytical skills that has knowledge of various SEO reporting & analytical platforms to support our Web development and Marketing teams in the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) group. The applicant will possess a clear understanding of web search and how to properly leverage these components in the SEO strategy and address measurement and reporting of all web traffic from a dozen subdomains and across various PPC accounts.
