This position reports to the Director of Executive Programs Recruitment and oversees functional areas related to student recruitment for the executive-level Masters and Doctorate programs at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School (PGBS). In collaboration with various PGBS business units, this position is responsible for generating qualified applicants through prospecting, community and business development, and lead nurturing efforts.
Automotive Mechanic Malibu Campus
Under the direction and guidance of the Automotive Services, Lead: perform automotive maintenance tasks including, but not limited to: major and minor tune-ups; replace brake shoes and pads; perform routine lubrications; oil changes; tire rotations; brake fluid flushes; alignments; and air condition repairs. Keep repair records on all fleet vehicles using TMA; perform other related duties as assigned. This position will follow the Living Pepperdine standards in day to day work; participate in Daily Line-Ups and be able to articulate how the standards tie to daily work.
Senior Director, Faculty Affairs West LA Campus
The Senior Director of Faculty Affairs is responsible for supporting the Senior Associate Dean, Academic Affairs in implementing the mission of the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. This position is primarily responsible for the operational management of the Faculty Affairs Department and also requires the administrative oversight of faculty records, event planning, faculty development, as well as recruiting, hiring, and training of faculty and Faculty Affairs personnel. Building Maintenance Technician, Second Shift Malibu Campus
Under direction of the Senior Manager of Mechanical Services and Lead Technician for the Mechanical Services for the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), and in collaboration with your colleagues, the Building Maintenance Technician, Second Shift will perform various skilled and semi-skilled tasks in the maintenance of machinery, buildings, and equipment throughout campus facilities during the night shift on assigned days of the week from 3:15 pm to 12:00 am. Service Plumber Malibu Campus
Under direction of the Manager of Mechanical Services and Lead Plumber for the Department of Facilities Services (Facilities), and in collaboration with your colleagues, maintenance plumber performs installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, fixtures, and related devices throughout campus facilities. Under the direction of the Executive Director for Planning, Operations, and Construction (POC), and in collaboration with colleagues in POC, the Director is responsible for planning and directing maintenance of the 830-acres and 1.6 million gross square feet of the Malibu campus. Through the development of cross-functional and interdepartmental teams, the Director will lead and manage all aspects of campus facilities including facilities maintenance, custodial services, grounds and landscaping, lifecycle renewal, safety, and regulatory compliance, and project planning support. This position plays a key role in university emergency preparedness and supports an interdepartmental emergency operations subcommittee. In partnership with POC leadership, assist in the development and implementation of capital renewal planning, long-term maintenance planning, energy conservation program planning, and building commissioning and recommissioning planning, and campus master planning. This position oversees and manages the operating budget of the department.
