The Enrollment Services Officer, in collaboration with the marketing team, contributes to the Graduate School of Education and Psychology's (GSEP) development of the strategic and tactical marketing and recruitment plan. It is the responsibility of the Enrollment Services Officer to provide important insights and recommendations, based the Enrollment Services Officer's recruitment data and experience, for achieving the annual enrollment goals. The incumbent also utilizes a CRM database to track leads and contacts individuals who have indicated an interest in the assigned programs, encouraging them to attend an information briefing or otherwise furthering their interest in the programs, and updates the database as necessary.

The Marketing & Content Specialist will partner and collaborate with faculty and staff to create content that enhances GSEP’s powerful message of “Going Deeper To Get Higher.” A successful applicant will possess basic concepts of marketing and communication, including SEO and how to properly create and leverage content using data reports from the Business Analyst and Manager of Digital Marketing. The Marketing & Content Specialist will manage all GSEP web pages, creating and modifying pages using data from Google Analytics to improve SEO rankings. This position will report to the Manager – Digital Marketing.
Mail/Service Specialist 2 Malibu Campus
This position provides mail, inventory, move and setup services to the Malibu and Graduate Campuses. The position directly supports Pepperdine students, faculty and staff by ensuring timely delivery of mail, parcel services and the efficient setup of University events. This position provides valuable services to Pepperdine students, faculty and staff. The timely and efficient management of mail and especially parcels is essential to Pepperdine students and University operations. Jumpstart Coordinator Malibu Campus
The Jumpstart Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day oversight and implementation of the Jumpstart program including planning and implementing initial and ongoing training for Team Leaders and Corps members in collaboration with the Director/Administrator and Faculty Advisor, interviewing and selecting Corps members in collaboration with the Team Leaders, attending and observing Jumpstart sessions monthly in order to develop a culture of excellence among the Corps members, coordinating and communicating the details and responsibilities of being a member of Americorps, providing performance reviews to students each year in December and April, meeting weekly with Team Leaders, and keeping detailed and accurate records. The Jumpstart Coordinator will represent the University to program partner schools and parents with responsibilities including regular ongoing communication with early childhood directors, end of semester needs and progress assessment, and meeting and explaining the mission of Jumpstart to parents as needed. Other responsibilities will include developing and disseminating information about the Jumpstart program and mission by means of an up-to-date webpage, recruitment materials, promotional materials, and letters.
Event Coordinator Malibu Campus
The Event Coordinator provides support to the Event Manager at the School of Law and serves as the lead on various Law School events, including those at the School of Law Dean’s home. This position oversees the event request and approval process, managing the annual event calendar for the entire Law School. The Certification Manager will perform a broad range of certification functions that include reviewing, analyzing, evaluating, and processing applications for public school teaching credentials, certificates, intern numbers, and permits. S/he will provide a wide variety of administrative support to staff, faculty, and serve as a campus resource for students on matters regarding State credential requirements.
