Financial & Meal Plan Coordinator Malibu Campus
The Financial & Meal Plan Coordinator will contribute to the success of the department through daily and ongoing administrative tasks. This position is primarily focused on supporting the Associate Director of Occupancy and Systems and the Financial and Systems Analyst. Additionally, this position helps to facilitate the ongoing and day-to-day processes of meal plan management, communication with students, and processing of financial charges. This position exists to support the University Chaplain in providing programs that engage students, faculty, and staff in vibrant, consistent experiences of worship, and spiritual care. This position provides leadership over all spiritual life programming and goals relating to worship through music. In collaboration with the Spiritual Life staff, this position is responsible for leading a strategic vision for worship that facilitates a vibrant worshipping community by way of modeling for, training and equipping student leaders. Registered Nurse (RN)/Contact Tracer Malibu Campus
The Contact Tracer will work closely with students, staff, and faculty of Pepperdine University to centralize information from various departments, individuals, and medical professionals (both at the Student Health Center and private medical providers) to determine risk of COVID-19 infection, confirmation of COVID-19 infection, and need for and follow through on contact tracing, isolation, or quarantine of individuals. The Registered Nurse is the first line support for the practitioner staff and performs nursing duties such as providing nursing, triage practitioner assistance, sample collection, patient follow-up, medication administration, collaboration, patient education, and emergency response. Under the direction of the Nursing Manager, this position will assist with the professional and efficient daily operation of the medical clinic’s back office and will assure that county, state, and federal medical office mandates are implemented in collaboration with the medical providers and staff.
