Director of Financial Planning Calabasas Campus
This position will aid the University in timely and accurate fiscal planning and management of its operating budget. These duties will allow Pepperdine administrators to make well informed decisions that facilitate its goal of each school being ranked in the top tier nationally. This position helps to steward the University's resources and ensures proper measures are followed related to the overall University budget. Excellence can more easily be achieved in academic areas when good financial data exists to more confidently and quickly inform decisions that affect the student. This position also plays a pivotal role in Pepperdine's reputation and presence in the capital markets during debt issues.
Faculty and Student Support Coordinator Malibu Campus
This position manages and supports the 85+ academic law school classes that are administered through the Straus Institute each year and the faculty who teach those classes. These classes are held over 4 different terms and utilize faculty who often are commuting to teach in intensive formats from other parts of the country and around the world. This person ensures that faculty and students are given the highest level of support. This person helps faculty with all of their class related needs including book orders, syllabi, posting of class materials, copies of exercises, managing assignments, ensuring grades are submitted on time and that feedback is available for students. Since many of Straus courses are offered in the evenings and/or on weekends, this person also makes sure that faculty have support after regular business hours. This position helps faculty with travel arrangements and expense reimbursements as needed. Students rely on this person for assistance accessing class materials on Courses (and occasionally instructions on how to use other platforms), help with submitting final assignments and managing extension requests. This position also manages and supervises all of the office student workers. Straus relies heavily on students to supplement our staff and has high expectations for work output and professionalism. This position is responsible for hiring, firing, training, supervising, scheduling and distributing work for all student workers.
Administrative Assistant for Fine Arts Events Malibu Campus

Counselor Malibu Campus

Under direction of the Associate Vice President for Planning, Operations, and Construction (POC), and in collaboration with your colleagues, direct the Department of Design and Construction (DDC) including Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Project Assistants, and others. Facilities Project Manager Malibu Campus
Under the direction of the Associate Director for the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), provide project management services for a broad range of projects including construction, Renewal and Replacement (R&R), refurbishment, repair, and minor remodels of University properties. Management duties include planning from feasibility through design, construction, and project closeout. Closely collaborate with your colleagues in the DFS, Department of Design and Construction (DDC), Planning, Operations, and Construction (POC), and other University departments to initiate and deliver projects of high aesthetic and functional quality, on budget and on schedule.

Online Psychology Programs Administrative Assistant West LA Campus
Under the supervision of the Assistant Dean of the Online Psychology Programs, this position provides administrative support on a broad range of tasks. The first area of responsibility is administering adjunct faculty contracts four times a year, onboarding new faculty hires, organizing the faculty interview process, and assisting adjunct faculty with issues related to their compensation. A second area of responsibility is managing financial transactions for the online psychology programs, including reimbursements, stipends, requisitions, and other items at the direction of the supervisor. Other duties include assisting the faculty leadership team with the faculty evaluation process and creating and maintaining resources to support online program faculty and leadership. This position is the primary liaison to the university's HR and Payroll departments. The Online Psychology Programs prepare masters-level students to serve the human community in a range of roles; this aim is consistent with the mission of Pepperdine University to prepare students for lives of service, purpose, and leadership. The Psychology Online Programs Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in assisting with the administration of the Psychology Online Programs and as such contributes to the university's mission.
