Director of Student Veteran Affairs Malibu Campus
The Director of Student Veteran Services is a new position that will seek to strengthen the University’s support of student veterans, building on Pepperdine’s position as a veteran-friendly University. The director will provide vision, direction, energy, and coordination of services to support student veterans at Pepperdine University. The director will act as a liaison for veteran students to connect them with campus and external resources to ensure an exceptional educational experience and to support their success at the university and beyond. The director will cultivate an inclusive climate that values the veteran community and fosters a culture of respect and a sense of belonging for veterans as integral members of the Pepperdine family. This position will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that veterans receive the educational benefits to which they are entitled and to raise financial support for veteran’s services at Pepperdine.
Office Manager Malibu Campus
The Office Manager, Insurance oversees the daily operations of the department to assist in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for the campus community. Duties include working with the university insurance portfolio, maintaining the driver database and fleet roster, and providing high quality customer service. This position collaborates regularly with the internal constituents across the University and external constituents. The manager is supervised by the Insurance Director.
Career Coach/Senior Career Coach, Fully-Employed Programs Encino Graduate Campus
This position will provide career services to Fully Employed MBA, MS, and BSM students at the Encino and Calabasas Graduate Campuses, and Online BSM students. Primary functions will include providing career advisement to students via in person, phone or virtual sessions and facilitating professional development opportunities that support students’ needs with respect to professional preparation and advancement. This position will also create and manage on campus/virtual events and conduct employer outreach for employer site visits for both Encino and Calabasas campuses. Position is located out of the Encino campus with 1x/month travel to Calabasas campus and occasional travel to other campuses when meetings are scheduled. Working occasional nights and weekends required. This position supports the mission in developing values-centered leaders for the contemporary business world through education that is entrepreneurial in spirit, ethical in focus, and global in orientation. In both function and spirit, the position is shaped by the values of service, purpose, and leadership that are embraced throughout the Graziadio School. Assistant/Associate Director, Fully-Employed Program Administration West LA Campus
This position will serve in a mid-level management role, with specific responsibility for leading the program advisement function served by the Fully Employed Program Office. The incumbent will serve a key role in managing the program advisement-related systems and processes that support student academic progress, retention, and degree completion.
Program Assistant: Foster Grandparents Program (Temporary) West LA Campus
The Foster Grandparent Program (FGP) is a grant funded program managed under the auspices of the Pepperdine’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology. The Program Assistant is responsible for volunteer recruitment, placement and support of the Foster Grandparent Program. The Program Assistant provides oversight of approximately volunteers 81 placed at up to 20 volunteer stations located primarily in Service Planning Areas (SPA) number 6, 7 and 8. The Program Assistant is to ensure that volunteers have the resources and support needed in order to continue service within the community.
Graphic Design and Print Production Assistant Malibu Campus
The Graphic Design and Print Production Assistant provides valuable services such as graphic design, printing, and binding to Pepperdine students and staff. This position is responsible for typesetting, layout, prepress, operating Ricoh sheetfed digital color presses and the binding equipment in the Printing Services department. This role will be required to work in both the Calabasas and Malibu campus locations. He/she will help students and staff to produce print projects including but not limited to: documents, posters, pamphlets, brochures and bound materials from digital files, graphics, and design software. This position will follow the Living Pepperdine standards in day to day work; participate in Daily Line-Ups and be able to articulate how the standards tie to daily work.
Assistant to the Office of the General Counsel and Assurance & Advisory Services Malibu Campus

Building Maintenance Technician, Second Shift Malibu Campus
Under direction of the Senior Manager of Mechanical Services and Lead Technician for the Mechanical Services for the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), and in collaboration with your colleagues, the Building Maintenance Technician, Second Shift will perform various skilled and semi-skilled tasks in the maintenance of machinery, buildings, and equipment throughout campus facilities during the night shift on assigned days of the week from 3:15 pm to 12:00 am. The incumbent shall perform work at a skilled level in several trades including carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical, and mechanical, and do related work as required. Collaborate with DFS and other University departments to deliver high-quality work and customer service in a timely manner.
Director of Facilities Services Malibu Campus
Under the direction of the Executive Director for Planning, Operations, and Construction (POC), and in collaboration with colleagues in POC, the Director is responsible for planning and directing maintenance of the 830-acres and 1.6 million gross square feet of the Malibu campus. Through the development of cross-functional and interdepartmental teams, the Director will lead and manage all aspects of campus facilities including facilities maintenance, custodial services, grounds and landscaping, lifecycle renewal, safety, and regulatory compliance, and project planning support. This position plays a key role in university emergency preparedness and supports an interdepartmental emergency operations subcommittee. In partnership with POC leadership, assist in the development and implementation of capital renewal planning, long-term maintenance planning, energy conservation program planning, and building commissioning and recommissioning planning, and campus master planning. This position oversees and manages the operating budget of the department.
Mobile Web Developer Calabasas Campus
The Mobile Web Developer is responsible for the development and growth of the mobile app presence for Pepperdine University. As part of Integrated Marketing Communications, this position will develop and oversee the web-based app developed and used for the Pepperdine Unified Mobile app and other specialized applications. The mobile web developer provides additional technological support to the web-based technology operations of the University that drive recruitment, fundraising, and community engagement. This role will interact directly with internal customers to understand business needs and software requirements, create proof-of-concepts and build production-quality programming code. The Mobile Web Developer will use his or her skills with HTML, CSS, and other development languages to support Pepperdine’s web platforms across the University. Major systems and initiatives involving this position include mobile app administration, mobile development, and web management and support. This position reports to the Director of Digital Marketing.
