Collaborate with DFS and other University departments to initiate and deliver high quality projects in a timely manner.

This position provides technical assistance to staff an faculty; actively assist in maintenance and support of computer desktops, laptops, and peripherals; assists supervisor with installations and upgrades; works with staff to ensure that services and support expectations are being met; provides documentation and draining resources to staff and faculty; participates in new student orientation events; coordinates the use and reservations of resources; coordinates hardware and software support for special events; other duties as assigned. Manager of Digital Marketing West LA Campus
This experienced Manager of Digital Marketing will be responsible for the overall marketing strategy including but, not limited to optimizing the Graduate School of Education & Psychology’s (GSEP) digital marketing channels to maximize their true potential. The Manager – Digital Marketing would be responsible to maintaining alignment between our brand and marketing strategy. Must develop a marketing strategy (one for each school) as well as align all marketing activities with the thrust of the brand including developing copy for all programs, ensuring consistency of the brand message across all programs and activities. We are looking for a hands-on professional marketing guru who must have speciality in digital marketing with excellent problem-solving skills that has knowledge of various digital marketing reporting & analytical platforms to enhance our marketing, enrollment and alumni efforts. The applicant will possess a clear and vibrant understanding of marketing, digital marketing, including search algorithms and how to properly leverage these components in the digital marketing space including SEO strategy, address measurement and reporting of all organic traffic and PPC across all properties and page types. This out-of-the-box thinking Social Media/Content Specialist will be responsible for creating, planning, executing, the Graduate School of Education & Psychology’s (GSEP) traditional, new and rich media content strategy using various digital channels such as Blogger, Tumblr, Facebook, Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook Live production etc. We are looking for a hands-on creative Social Media/Content Specialist with excellent written, verbal and rich-media creation skills. The Social Media/Content Specialist will closely work with the Manager of Digital Marketing & Manager of IT Support Services, faculty and staff to create content that enhances GSEP’s powerful message of “Going Deeper To Get Higher”. The applicant will possess basic concepts of marketing and communication, including SEO and how to properly create and leverage content using data reports from the Data Analyst, Business Analyst and Manager of Digital Marketing. The Social Media/Content Specialist will manage all GSEP web pages, creating and modifying pages using data from Google Analytics to improve SEO rankings. This position will report to the Manager – Digital Marketing and Manager of IT Support Services.
