Payson Library Public Services Evening Supervisor Malibu Campus

This role is responsible for managing work flow to meet deadlines as well as maintaining and updating business processes. Manager of Landscaping and Irrigation Services Malibu Campus
Under the direction of the Director of the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), manages all aspects of the Landscape Services division to ensure an aesthetically pleasing, safe, and clean University environment. Initiates and collaborates within DFS and with other University departments to create, promote, and support a departmental reputation of excellence. Director, Prospect Development Malibu Campus
This position reports to the Vice Chancellor for Prospect Development and Data Integrity and works closely with all frontline fundraisers, the prospect development team, and other Advancement colleagues. The Director of Prospect Development is responsible for strategically building a collaborative and centralized prospect management system in support of reaching Pepperdine’s fundraising goals. This position is critical to Advancement’s efforts to ensure Pepperdine is building a sustainable and broad-based principal and major gifts pipeline. Registered Nurse (RN) Malibu Campus
Performs a variety of medical back office duties and procedures at an expert technical level. The RN is the first line support for the medical practitioners and provides oversight for MAs. Performs nursing duties as triage, wound care, medication and immunization administration, and phlebotomy, point of care testing, patient education and emergency response. Moving Services/Service Specialist 2 Malibu Campus
The Moving Services/Service Specialist 2 will facilitate and handle University property, furniture, and equipment; place and arrange equipment and furniture for University moving projects and event setups; process all surplus inventory items for the Warehouse utilizing a computerized inventory control system, including receipt confirmations, stock issuing and records maintenance; and perform other related duties as assigned.  Moving services are provided for University business related moves. Moves are conducted utilizing professional equipment required to safely and securely handle University furnishings and equipment. Moves can range from just a single item to an entire office. Items to be moved can often be heavy and involve stairways, therefore the effective use of moving tools, physical strength and stamina are necessary. The incumbent will process surplus inventory at the Calabasas warehouse, assist with University event setups, place and arrange furniture, and oversee the services of outside vendors hired to support events. This position will also operate the warehouse forklift and material handling equipment in the performance of duties.
Institutional Effectiveness Coordinator Calabasas Campus
The Institutional Effectiveness Coordinator provides administrative assistance to the Associate Provost, and general office coordination and support to the Office of Institutional Effectiveness (OIE). The incumbent will be expected to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills. The incumbent should possess the ability to balance multiple priorities and handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. This position reports directly to the Associate Provost.
Financial Aid Advisor Malibu Campus
Responsible for counseling undergraduate and graduate students and maintaining electronic student files. Counsel and assist both prospective and current students/parents on the financial assistance process. Analyze FAFSA data, federal IRS tax transcripts and financial verification documents. Establish financial need and generate financial assistance packages including federal, state, institutional awards/loans accordingly. Perform verification on student files that are selected by the Department of Education. Process both departmental and outside awards, as well as state grants. Responsible for knowing and following policies and regulations pertaining to all federal, state, university, and private financial assistance, as applicable. Interact with departments to coordinate various student services. Uphold the University mission through work performed; and other related duties as assigned.
