Administrative Assistant Malibu Campus
The primary purpose of the Administrative Assistant is to ensure that the administrative functions for Pepperdine Graziadio Business School’s Dean’s Suite at the Beckman Management Center on the Malibu campus are effectively and efficiently managed. These functions include but are not limited to: communications coordination, event planning, calendar and travel scheduling, records management, purchasing and budgetary control, special projects, and other duties as assigned. Landscape Equipment Mechanic and Tree Specialist Malibu Campus
Under the direction of the Landscape and Irrigation Manager in the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), maintain, diagnose, and repair outdoor power equipment to include, commercial mowers, landscape equipment, two and four cycle engines, hydro systems, electrical troubleshooting, and repair; performs specific aspects of tree and Athletics field maintenance for the Landscape Services division. To ensure an aesthetically pleasing, safe, and clean University environment. Collaborate with the Athletic and other University departments as needed in a high quality, respectful and timely manner.
Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Malibu Campus

Real Estate Analyst Malibu Campus
The Real Estate Analyst is responsible for the analysis of all real estate financial, accounting, and web based software and database systems. Under the direction of the Executive Director of Real Estate, this person analyzes and prepares all real estate department and asset management reports; monitors, updates and analyzes budgets for real estate holdings and department; audits and exports all financial transactions for upload into University accounting system; and monitors, prepares, and processes all accounting and financial support for University real estate assets and transactions. Full-Time Restricted Shuttle Drivers Malibu Campus
Pepperdine University, a private, non-profit, faith-based institution seeks a Shuttle Driver to transport students, faculty and staff (as well as special clients, such as the elderly or people with disabilities). This position serves as a front line ambassador for the University, warmly welcoming guests, students, and community members, and providing directional information as needed. This position provides additional support for the Lead Shuttle Driver to cover schedules and cadet new drivers; perform vehicle inspections as per CHP and ADA regulations; and assist student drivers in obtaining Class B Licenses. The Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing safety to passengers; is able to make informed and safe decisions independently; maintain cleanliness of vehicles; and perform other related duties as assigned.
Temporary and Restricted Landscapers Malibu Campus
Under direction of the Lead Landscaper in the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), performs all aspects University grounds maintenance for the Landscape Services division to ensure an aesthetically pleasing, safe, and clean University environment. Chief Systems and Database Administrator Calabasas Campus
This position will actively manage, maintain and troubleshoot the Peoplesoft and other ERP architecture environments including but not limited to production, development, and test. The individual will provide technical design, development and proactive maintenance of the Peoplesoft and the databases ensuring accessibility, security, and integrity of the company data. There will be a continuing process of review and monitor of data architecture standards and conventions. The staff will be required to provide full lifecycle support for all other components that make up a Peoplesoft Environment including but not limited to Weblogic, Tuxedo, Cobol Compilers, and PeopleTools, Change assistant and Peoplesoft Update Manager (PUM). The position also serves as an expert resource to other members of the server support team, as well as a support resource to the application development staff associated with Pepperdine’s ERP and mission-critical systems. The position also requires a thorough understanding and fluency in navigating and managing of the Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.

SEO Manager Calabasas Campus
This experienced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager will be responsible for optimizing University digital marketing channels to maximize their true SEO potential. We are looking for a hands-on professional with excellent problem solving and analytical skills that has knowledge of various SEO reporting & analytical platforms to support our Web development and Marketing teams in the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) group.
