Director of Admission Malibu Campus
Reporting to the Dean of Enrollment Management, the Director is responsible for managing the Office of Admission and has operational oversight for recruitment and admission for the new domestic student population. The Director provides strategic, innovative leadership, developing enrollment goals aligned with the revenue objectives and student success initiatives of the college. The position supports all five strategic goals: By attracting and selecting the best mission-fit and highest quality applicants who will thrive in the Seaver learning environment (Goal 1), paying special attention to increasing diverse and faith heritage populations (Goals 2 and 4), the Director manages enrollment activities in a way that sets clear expectations for incoming students regarding the value of distinctive Seaver academic and co-curricular campus experiences and the return on tuition investment for alumni (Goals 3 and 5).
Planned Giving Officer Malibu Campus
The Planned Giving Officer works with internal and external constituents to strengthen the advancement work of the University, specifically, the planned giving efforts of the Center for Estate and Gift Planning. In conjunction with the Executive Director, Associate Director, and leadership and major gift officers, the Planned Giving Officer works with current and potential donors to establish planned gifts, major gifts, and in-kind gifts to support the mission of Pepperdine University.

Jr. Web Developer Calabasas Campus
This entry-level position was created to provide additional technological support to the web-based technology operations of the University. This position will interact directly with internal customers to understand software requirements, create proof-of-concepts and build production-quality programming code. The Jr. Developer will use their skills with HTML, CSS, to support our web platforms across the university. This position supports the University’s mission by developing websites that promote our brand to our major audiences as well as creating functionality that drives some of our essential recruitment and alumni systems via the web. The Assistant Director, Digital Media Communications is responsible for the creation, management, implementation and evaluation of Alumni Affairs marketing and communication strategies across all media platforms, with the goal of “building community and enduring alumni loyalty."
