Manager, Graduate School Programs Malibu Campus
The Pepperdine Manager, Graduate Programs will develop and execute multiple campaigns to create a culture of philanthropy at the Pepperdine University graduate schools. This position will be responsible for the programs and events that educate, convert, and steward graduate students and alumni so they become donors before they graduate and after they achieve alumni status. The Manager, Graduate Programs position will have a significant impact on the annual giving program's sustainability. Converting current graduate students into educated donors while they are at Pepperdine is vital in order to create a future marked by a vibrant alumni donor base. Business Analyst West LA Campus
The Business Analyst is responsible for managing workflow to meet deadlines and maintaining and updating business processes. This position ensures the University stays up to date in the knowledge and use of multiple data systems, including but not limited to PeopleSoft, SalesForce, data imaging systems, and the online application system. The Associate Director for Instructional Technology Services serves the Pepperdine School of Law in a critical and dynamic role primarily though supporting and promoting educational technology solutions at the School of Law. The reproduction clerk is responsible for setting up and operating the binding machines in the printing services department. The reproduction clerk will also operate black and white as well as color printers and copier machines. This position provides valuable services to Pepperdine students, faculty and staff. Many areas of the University require bound materials for important meetings and handouts. This role will also be required to work, on occasion, in the printing services satellite office on the Malibu campus. They will be helping students to produce class projects including but not limited to: documents, posters, pamphlets, brochures and bound materials. This position will follow the Living Pepperdine standards in day to day work; participate in Daily Line-Ups and be able to articulate how the standards tie to daily work.
Customer Service Liaison Malibu Campus
The customer service liaison is responsible for all service functions of the printing services department. This position provides a valuable service to Pepperdine students, faculty and staff and is responsible for scheduling printing requests as well as answering all calls and emails. This role is also responsible for providing printing and copying estimates directly to Pepperdine students, faculty and staff. This position will uphold and be well versed in all Pepperdine financial policies. The customer service liaison will also be the primary cash register attendant and will be responsible for reconciling the cash count at the end of the day as well as completing month end recharges and ordering paper and supplies for the department. This role will also support other members in the print shop and he/she will be cross trained to operate digital printers and bindery equipment as needed. This role will also be required to work, on occasion, in the printing services satellite office on the Malibu campus. Shuttle Driver Malibu Campus
Transport students or special clients, such as the elderly or people with disabilities.
