Housing Operations Marketing Coordinator Malibu Campus
The Housing Operations Marketing Coordinator will contribute to the success of the department through departmental marketing and on campus housing recruitment efforts. This position collaborates often with a variety of on campus areas including Enrollment, Integrated Marketing Communications, etc., and off campus marketing vendors. This position works closely with the Office Manager, Associate Director of Housing Operations, Director of Housing Operations, and Housing and Residence Life departmental staff.
Hydrological Monitoring Program Specialist Malibu Campus
Under direction of the Irrigation Lead in the Department of Facilities Services (Facilities), perform all aspects of the University’s Hydrological Monitoring Program (HMP). The HMP is critical in monitoring and ensuring the responsible use of University water resources. Take proactive approach to work and provide timely, transparent communication to leadership. Collaborate with Facilities and other University departments to complete assignments required to maintain the campus irrigation system in an effective and timely manner. Provides HMP and irrigation system training and expertise to your colleagues. Act as liaison between Facilities and the Department of Regulatory Affairs, providing regular reports and updates. Provide exceptional customer service to campus stakeholders and visitors.
Administrative Assistant, Seaver Deans Office Malibu Campus

Building Maintenance Technician Malibu Campus

The Pepperdine Fund Coordinator supports all aspects of the annual giving office's fundraising efforts. The position exists to facilitate all campaigns and all mass appeal initiatives.
