Senior Institutional Research Associate Calabasas Campus
The Senior Institutional Research Associate reports to the Director of Institutional Research, and helps oversee the Office of Institutional Effectiveness’ (OIE) institutional research (IR) activities. This position is responsible for extracting, analyzing, reporting, and disseminating University data to internal and external agencies and stakeholders. This position requires a strong knowledge of higher education and IR, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work collaboratively with teammates and other members of the University community.
Program Assistant: Foster Grandparents Program West LA Campus
The Foster Grandparent Program (FGP) is a grant-funded program managed under the auspices of Pepperdine’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology. The Program Assistant provides basic case management and volunteer support. Under the leadership of the Executive Director and together with the Program Administrator, the Program Assistant provides oversight of approximately 168 volunteers placed at up to 20 stations located primarily in Service Planning Areas (SPA) 4, 6, 7, and 8. The Program Assistant performs basic administrative duties, such as: answering phones and emails, filing, and managing schedules, while also assisting with volunteer support. The Program Assistant is to help ensure that all of the files are compliant and audit-ready per federal, state, and local requirements.
Director, Real Estate Operations Malibu Campus
The Director of Real Estate Operations (REO) holds a position of leadership in managing Pepperdine’s on-campus housing and the accompanying homeowners’ associations, as well as the property management and rental income of other University-owned properties.
Associate Director of Enrollment and Admissions West LA Campus
Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology seeks an experienced leader to serve as its Associate Director of Admissions and Enrollment. This position is responsible for the admissions and enrollment efforts reporting directly to the Executive Director of Marketing and Enrollment and supervising all admissions staff and processes. The leader will integrate mission-consistent enrollment strategies and develop processes that support the advancement of university goals. The Associate Director provides direction and leadership to the office of Enrollment and Admissions and works closely with Directors and Faculty in support of the School's vision, mission and strategic goals. The Associate Director cultivates relationships and serves as a liaison with the college's subunits to coordinate efforts that ensure synergistic activities to achieve the goals associated with college's marketing enrollment plans. The Associate Director provides leadership of University efforts to recruit qualified and diverse graduate students for academic programs. Formulation of comprehensive strategies for the effective use of technology to facilitate prospect and applicant management; and increasing the University's visibility in order to achieve our goals of securing an increased number of admissions applications and conversions to enrolled status, becoming a global institution, and aligning our core academic strengths with our marketing messages.
ERP Developer, EIS Calabasas Campus, Malibu Campus
This is a full-time position. This position is responsible for providing technical expertise, execution of development projects using the Oracle Peoplesoft Development tools. The ERP Developer supports the University by working on custom software applications as well as integrating and/or implementing Oracle Peoplesoft delivered and third-party software. Individuals within the ERP Applications Development career progression work closely with clients, business analysts, and team members to understand the business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions for the development and operation of ERP systems. They typically help on design, test, and debug ERP software, while also providing client support, consultation, and subject matter expertise for day-to-day operations, maintenance, and support. ERP developers consult with Chief Developer to ensure that all ERP applications are in compliance with the organization's architectural standards. ERP Applications Developers configure, analyze, develop, and maintain ERP program codes and applications to support business processes and functions. They also work on elements of large, complex installations.
Manager, Maintenance Services Malibu Campus
Under general direction of the Senior Manager of Maintenance Services in the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), manages all aspects of electrical, plumbing and structural services to ensure an efficiently functioning, safe, and clean environment in which the University can live, learn, and work. Manage personnel and oversee relevant repair, preventive maintenance, and renovation work utilizing plans, specifications, and verbal instructions. Collaborate with DFS and other University departments to initiate and deliver high quality projects in a timely manner.
Assistant Director of Intercultural Affairs Malibu Campus
The Assistant Director (AD) will manage, develop, and assess programs and trainings that provide first rate intercultural and diversity education, and student services that are designed to foster an inclusive environment where all student identities are affirmed and supported. In addition, the AD serves as an advisor, mentor, and advocate for underrepresented students and ICA student clubs. The AD provides administrative and clerical support, event coordination, assessment, and supervision of student affairs interns and undergraduate interns. As a staff member in Student Affairs who works closely with students, this person serves as a Christian role model to students and promotes a biblical worldview.
Associate Director of Admission Malibu Campus
The Associate Director of Admission supervises the admission counselors for Seaver College, including but not limited to, goal setting, strategies, and cultivating a thriving working culture. The Associate Director manages personnel, chairs the Admission Committee, and serves on a variety of other committees. This position has a direct role in shaping the admitted class and determining and executing enrollment goals for Seaver College. They are responsible for cultivating brand awareness and volume at the top of the recruitment funnel. This position directly supports Goals 2, 4, and 5 of the strategic plan by attracting mission-fit applicants from diverse communities who see the value of a Seaver investment. Attention to counseling students about college access and fit with the university's many offerings enhance customer service and student satisfaction, forming alumni who will in turn expand the Pepperdine family on a global scale, consistent with Goal 3.
Resilience Program Coordinator Malibu Campus
The Resilience Program Coordinator will manage and deliver proactive resilience programs that empower students to identify needs and access resources on an off campus to promote their health and wellbeing. This position addresses student health, wellness and resilience through research, education and campus programming. This role will work collaboratively with campus partners to promote student wellness campus wide. Programming efforts include spiritual, social, cognitive, physical, service and life-skills components. Students who develop these skills will be better able to fulfill the mission and lead lives of purpose, service, and leadership.
Real Estate Manager Malibu Campus
Reporting to the real estate director and working within the Real Estate Operations department and the Business Services division, the real estate coordinator is responsible for all aspects of on-campus homeowners’ association management and on-campus community development, property management for various University-owned properties off-campus, delivery of consistently excellent customer service, support of auxiliary operations, and other duties as assigned. This individual is responsible for association financial management and stewardship of University resources (in coordination with the real estate director and business services major area budget manager), administrative tasks which support the core business of the department, and excellent customer service. The individual must be detail-oriented, reliable in follow-up, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to collaborate well with many groups inside and external to the University, and be effective in communicating across many different audiences. The individual must possess a mindset of creativity, high energy, and strategic resourcefulness.

Lead CRM Application Developer, Innovative Development Calabasas Campus
The Lead CRM Application Developer, Innovative Development supports implementation and support of Salesforce solutions across Pepperdine's diverse schools and business units. This position serves as a change agent and value-creator, aligning Salesforce solutions with business strategies via needs assessment, analysis, documentation, clear communication, and ongoing support. University Field Supervisor Pool- Graduate School of Education and Psychology M.A. in Teaching West LA Campus
The University Field Supervisor (UFS) serves as a liaison between candidates, mentor teachers, and university personnel. They support, observe, and evaluate multiple or single subject pre-service teacher candidates for effective practices and dispositions toward teaching. UFS positions are temporary positions, based on need and availability in a geographical area. Pepperdine UFSs hold an important role in helping teacher candidates successfully navigate the transition from student to educator by supporting, observing, conferencing, providing constructive criticism, and walking alongside them in their clinical experiences.
