Jumpstart Coordinator Malibu Campus
The Jumpstart Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight and implementation of the Jumpstart program including: plan and implement initial and ongoing training for Team Leaders and Corps members in collaboration with the Team Leaders; attend and observe Jumpstart sessions monthly in order to develop a culture of excellence among the Corps members; coordinate and communicate the details and responsibilites of being a member of Americorps; provide performance reviews to students each year in December and April; meet weekly with Team Leaders; keep detailed and accurate records. The Program Coordinator will represent the University to program partner schools and parents including: regular ongoing communication with early childhood directors; end of semester needs and progress assessment; meet and explain the mission of jumpstart to parents as needed. Develop and disseminate information about the Jumpstart program and mission including on up-to-date webpage, recruitment materials, promotional materials, and letters.
Admission Administrator West LA Campus

The Administrative Medical Assistant (MA) is a skilled healthcare assistant with dual responsibility supporting the functioning of the front office medical clinic as well as back office tasks. Front office duties include but are not limited to high volume telephone calls, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, and utilizing related office equipment e.g.: fax machine, scanner, copy machine, etc. Essential functions necessary for both front and back office performance include using Medicat Electronic Health Record (EHR) software, PeopleSoft, and Quest Diagnostic lab interface. Back office duties, which are secondary to the front office job responsibilities, include but are not limited to: obtaining patient history, performing vital signs, running appropriate tests, preparing the patient for exam, assisting the practitioner and providing patient education.
