Enrollment Marketing Manager West LA Campus
The Enrollment Marketing Manager is responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing degree program marketing spend, and driving market growth. The Enrollment Marketing Manager is also responsible for ensuring that the suite of degree programs that they manage resonate with prospective students by monitoring market trends, deeply understanding competitive products in the marketplace, and analyzing industry demands and consumer satisfaction. Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Marketing, the Enrollment Marketing Manager serves as the point-person for developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities for their particular portfolio of business school programs. These initiatives and activities include marketing campaigns (print, web, social media, broadcast, etc.), relevant content generation, recruitment efforts, project management, and program performance optimization. Strong analytical skills, creativity, business savvy, the ability to multitask, combined with strong written and verbal communication skills are all essential.
Alumni Relations Analyst West LA Campus
The Alumni Relations Analyst is responsible for managing the data and analytics of a comprehensive alumni relations program that supports the college's fundraising initiatives. This program increases and encourages meaningful alumni engagement across a wide range of graduates and GSEP alumni. This includes creating and administering engagement survey to alumni, supporting outreach and alumni events throughout the year including communications and publications. These publications and communications include newsletters, electronic and multiple social media platforms. Maintain Alumni Database and provide reporting as needed for decision making.
Marketing Analyst West LA Campus
The Marketing Analyst is responsible for managing the data and analytics of the comprehensive Marketing and Enrollment division. This role supports GESP Internet marketing initiatives, website tracking and updates, all enrollment and marketing reports, and all data and content for social media platforms. This role utilizes the CRM database to track leads and contacts individuals who have indicated an interest in the assigned programs. Librarian for Digital Publishing, Curation, and Conversion Malibu Campus
The Librarian for Digital Publishing, Curation and Conversion plays a leading role in the presentation of Pepperdine's unique collections and scholarly output to the world. The Librarian works closely with special collections and university archives personnel to identify, research, and prioritize materials for ingest into digital collections, which are powered by CONTENTdm. Following best practices, the Librarian devises scanning workflows and metadata schema appropriate to the diverse content in our collections, collaborates with library staff, and supervises interns and student workers. The Librarian maintains and expands Pepperdine's digital collections and actively seeks out and defines new collections based on both digitized and born-digital content. The Librarian also manages Pepperdine's institutional repository and digital publications platform, both of which are powered by Digital Commons (bepress). These initiatives are designed to promote Pepperdine scholarly communications, and involve a significant effort in outreach and coordination with Pepperdine administrators, faculty, and students.

Lead Application Developer, App Dev Malibu Campus
The Web Developer is responsible for the coding, innovative design and layout of websites. Web developer responsibilities include building sites from concept all the way to completion from the bottom up. The Lead Application Developer is responsible for the design, implementation and support of software/web applications. They will be involved in the entire application development process, including visiting with users to analyze processes, studying feasibility, designing, gathering feedback, and implementation of software systems. Design, develop and implement major custom applications for the University including planning, analysis, design, data modeling, coding, implementation, testing, training, documentation, and maintenance. Provide supplemental database administration functions to support the software applications. Remain current with industry technology trends and work processes. Attends training, vendor presentations, user group meetings, conferences and seminars. Provide assistance and guidance for other developers in the Department in order to support University development. Assist Department staff with application related problems. This position supports technology for staff, students and faculty. Strong web development skills are encouraged.
