Senior Regional Director, Executive Recruitment and Corporate Relations West LA Campus
Under the direction of the Sr Executive Director, Recruitment and Corporate Relations, this role manages the executive recruitment and corporate relations teams at GSBM. This position is responsible for achieving all assigned enrollment targets and meeting corporate partnering objectives through the acquisition and development of long-term partnerships with key corporate accounts. This position is responsible for leadership, strategic planning, and oversight of all executive student recruitment and corporate partnering efforts. This role is responsible for directing staff efforts and managing on-going operations to meet all assigned goals and objectives, including the training, development and performance coaching of the executive recruitment and corporate relations team.
Director of Development, School of Law Malibu Campus
The Director of Development will have primary responsibility for developing, organizing, leading, and implementing a comprehensive fundraising program and strategies for the School of Law and plays an important front-line fundraising role. As a major gift officer, this position will be expected to personally raise major gifts in support of the dean’s fundraising priorities, focusing on donors with a capacity of $25,000 to $1M+. In addition, the Director of Development will mentor and supervise the Director, Law Associates, the annual giving officer at the School of Law whose primary focus is on gifts of $1K to $25K. Responsible for the analysis of all real estate financial, accounting, and web based software and database systems. Under the direction of the Real Estate Director, analyzes and prepares all real estate department and asset management reports; monitors, updates and analyzes budgets for real estate holdings and department; audit and export all financial transactions for upload into University accounting system. The Administrative Coordinator provides primary administrative support to an Associate Dean of Student Affairs for Planning, Operations, and Assessment and an Associate Dean of Student Affairs and Title IX Coordinator.
