As a member of the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) group within Public Affairs, the CRM/Marketing Automation Manager's primary responsibility is to manage an integrated marketing strategy that encompasses online, mobile, event, and email marketing programs to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, loyalty, and lifetime value. This role will oversee the planning and execution of marketing and communication applications and systems within the University's CRM. This role is integral in the strategic advancement of our web, mobile, social and e-mail communication goals. This position will oversee customer relations, staff training and promotion of our applications and systems and manage, develop and deploy interactive initiatives for recruitment, fund-raising, and external communications. This position will require a strong and thorough understanding of all aspects of the digital marketing environment including; strategy and planning, project leadership, user interface development, social and e-mail functionality, and implementation. Communication with a wide-range of clients while providing support and consulting is a key component. The CRM/Marketing Automation Manager will report to the Director of Digital Marketing in Integrated Marketing Communications.
