Director of Development, School of Law Malibu Campus
The Director of Development will have primary responsibility for developing, organizing, leading, and implementing a comprehensive fundraising program and strategies for the School of Law and plays an important front-line fundraising role. As a major gift officer, this position will be expected to personally raise major gifts in support of the dean’s fundraising priorities, focusing on donors with a capacity of $25,000 to $1M+. In addition, the Director of Development will mentor and supervise the Director, Law Associates, the annual giving officer at the School of Law whose primary focus is on gifts of $1K to $25K. Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice Chancellor Malibu Campus
Serve as colleague and partner in the operations in the office of the Senior Vice Chancellor; provide detailed administrative and management support for the Senior Vice Chancellor; assist in maintaining and cultivating numerous important relationships and serving members of various constituencies which support the University. E-mail Marketing Specialist Calabasas Campus

Real Estate Analyst Malibu Campus
Responsible for the analysis of all real estate financial, accounting, and web based software and database systems. Under the direction of the Real Estate Director, analyzes and prepares all real estate department and asset management reports; monitors, updates and analyzes budgets for real estate holdings and department; audit and export all financial transactions for upload into University accounting system. Monitor, prepare and process all accounting and financial support for University real estate assets and transactions. Responsible for updating and/or installing all real estate systems including Yardi asset management system, REO website, and the mortgage office loan servicing software system.
Administrative Coordinator Malibu Campus
The Administrative Coordinator provides primary administrative support to an Associate Dean of Student Affairs for Planning, Operations, and Assessment and an Associate Dean of Student Affairs and Title IX Coordinator. This position contributes the administrative support that is needed to address ongoing institutional functions, such as student care and critical response (e.g., sexual assault response and critical care). Additionally, this position supports division-wide assessment.
