The role of the Research and Sponsored Programs Officer is to enhance the reputation of the University by facilitating acquisition of external grants. The Research and Sponsored Programs Officer assists the University community in the development of grant proposals which support relevant stakeholders’ efforts to pursue original research, enrich their teaching, increase personal knowledge, enhance the body of knowledge of the scholarly community, and seek service and leadership opportunities.
Senior Business Analyst, Business Intelligence Malibu Campus
Under guidance of the Director of Business Intelligence (BI), the Business Analyst assists in supporting the Business Intelligence department. This is done through creating and managing analytics reports, dashboards, data dictionary, and BI website. Service Electrician, Evening Shift Malibu Campus

Senior Network Engineer Malibu Campus
The Senior Network Engineer will report to the IT Network Engineering Manager. This position is responsible for providing engineering and operational support for the University’s network environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to support for routing, switching, wireless, wired & wireless access layers, WAN, network monitoring, VoIP, project implementation, and the 24 x 7 support. The Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for architecture, design, and support of network equipment. Role functions also include, but are not limited to architecture, design, installation, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, backup, and maintenance of a variety of network platforms. Additionally, the Network Engineer will initiate and manage necessary corrective action to insure optimal network performance; coordinate change management activity; mentor junior network engineering and operations staff; lead or participate in project teams as assigned; provide all levels of support for matters related to network components; maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies; and ensure standards are followed and enforced. This position will participate in rotational on-call support responsibilities.
Cost Analyst - Marketing West LA Campus
The role of the Cost Analyst is comprised of three major functions: analyses and reporting, operations management, and budget management. Initially, the position will perform a funnel analysis to measure relevant marketing metrics associated with inquiries, applications, enrollments, etc. Secondly, the position will manage the following operational processes: (1) purchase orders (2) credit card reallocation and substantiations, (3) purchases/contracts through coordination with a designated Marketing Department liaison. Furthermore, the position will monitor spending related to purchase orders, vendors, marketing tactic, academic program, and expense accounts (i.e. advertising, professional services, printing, etc.).
