Executive Assistant to the Vice President for Administration Malibu Campus
The executive assistant will perform day-to-day administrative and clerical work essential for the smooth operation of the Office of the Vice President for Administration. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work both independently and in collaboration with the director for administration. This person must be exceedingly well organized and enjoy the administrative challenges inherent in supporting an office with diverse projects and rapidly-changing priorities. Budget Manager Malibu Campus
As part of the Fiscal and Administrative Services department at Pepperdine University School of Law, the Budget Manager is responsible for all aspects related to the law school’s budget and financial processes, taking on the role as the school’s Major Area Budget Manager, complying with all University policies, including financial policies, while working in harmony with the mission of Pepperdine University. Pepperdine University, a private, non-profit, faith-based institution seeks a Shuttle Driver to transport students, faculty and staff (as well as special clients, such as the elderly or people with disabilities). This position serves as a front line ambassador for the University, warmly welcoming guests, students, and community members, and providing directional information as needed. This position provides additional support for the Lead Shuttle Driver to cover schedules and cadet new drivers; perform vehicle inspections as per CHP and ADA regulations; and assist student drivers in obtaining Class B Licenses.
