Administrative Assistant to the COO Office Malibu Campus
The administrative assistant in this role will assist in the day-to-day administrative and clerical work essential for the smooth operation of the Chief Operating Officer area, primarily serving and reporting to the Associate Vice President for Administration and Campus Operations. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office with diverse projects and priorities. The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. It is vital for this candidate to assess the status quo and the desired final product, then create an appropriate action plan. Advanced written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail are equally important. Assistant Director of Development, Caruso School of Law Malibu Campus
The Assistant Director of Development, Caruso School of Law builds prospect and donor relationships, raises financial support, and increases the donor base for Pepperdine’s Caruso School of Law. This position focuses on Associate level/annual donors with a capacity of $1,000 to $25,000. This is a fundraising position that involves building relationships to garner financial support for Pepperdine University and our School of Law. The success of our mission to strengthen lives for purpose, service and leadership, depends in a large part on strong financial support from donors who enable us to provide the facilities, programs, faculty, and opportunities necessary to provide stellar, mission driven programs for our students.
Office Manager, Donor Relations and Engagement Malibu Campus

Strategic Administrative Specialist Malibu Campus
The Strategic Administrative Specialist will facilitate the efforts of the Seaver College Dean and Dean's Office to plan, prepare, and implement strategic projects, including the college's 2030 strategic plan. The specialist also supports the Dean's Office and college by supporting all commencement and graduation activities, writing grants, special reports, assisting with data analysis, and developing professional presentations. The specialist will also provide administrative support in periods of high demand. The specialist reports to the Dean and assists him/her in the performance of their duties.
Program Administrator, MACLP West LA Campus
The MACLP evening program prepares graduate students to become licensed Marriage and Family Therapists and licensed Professional Clinical Counselors. These aims are consistent with the mission of Pepperdine University to prepare students for lives of service, purpose, and leadership. The MACLP Program Administrator plays a critical role in the administration of the program and as such supports the program’s contribution to the University’s mission. The Program Administrator works closely with the Program Director and the Clinical Training Department to support the effective administration of the MACLP program. Marketing and Publicity Manager, Center for the Arts Malibu Campus
The marketing and publicity manager promotes and publicizes events hosted by the Lisa Smith Wengler Center for the Arts and the Seaver College Fine Arts Division. The role identifies and develops compelling marketing and communications strategies for internal and external audiences, disseminating them across multiple platforms including print, digital, and social media. The Lisa Smith Wengler Center for the Arts at Pepperdine University includes the 450-seat Smothers Theatre, the 118-seat Raitt Recital Hall, the 100-seat Lindhurst Theatre, and the Frederick R. Weisman Museum of Art. Each season, the marketing and publicity manager supports marketing and publicity efforts for approximately 30 professional presentations a year, 10 Fine Arts Division performances, and 4 museum exhibitions. Integrated Marketing Communications is directly tasked with supporting the University’s mission and strategic plan by building brand equity, elevating the University’s national reputation, providing strong and consistent institutional message leadership, and implementing effective integrated marketing and communications strategies. The marketing and publicity manager for the Lisa Smith Wengler Center for the Arts fulfills an important role in helping the department accomplish its goals.

Maintenance Technician Malibu Campus
Under direction of the Director of Real Estate Operations (REO), and in collaboration with the Manager of Real Estate Operations, perform various skilled and semi-skilled tasks in the maintenance of residences and buildings throughout on- and off-campus residential facilities during the day shift during days of the week from 8:00 am to 5:00pm. Shall perform work at a skilled level in several trades including carpentry, painting, plumbing, minor electrical, and mechanical, and do related work as required. Collaborate with REO and other University departments to deliver high-quality work and customer service in a timely manner.
