The International Systems Analyst conducts system maintenance and upgrades to ensure data integrity within admissions & immigration systems. This position provides technical support for the system team and conducts data analysis of business processes to assist with recommendations and solutions that align with the goals of the OISS and the University.
- Creates and documents technical specifications and data auditing to ensure data integrity within Slate, Sunapsis, and PeopleSoft, including Implementations and testing new processes.
- Provides technological support for the Slate CRM system, Sunapsis, and PeopleSoft; fixing bugs, creating reports, solving issues, and testing to support needs from the OISS, Enrollment Management, and other stakeholders in the university.
- Conducts ongoing data analysis of business processes, makes recommendations, and delivers solutions that align with the roadmap of the OISS and Enrollment Management.
- Performs other duties assigned.

Skills and Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's degree; strong IT skills with familiarity in all applications and platforms; experience working within higher education and with international students; CRM & case management system experience Thoroughness, reliability, flexibility, resourcefulness, and the ability to work under deadline essential; Attention to detail and strong interpersonal and communications skills; Inter-cultural competency, complex problem-solving abilities; exceptional organizational skills, evidence of updated competency with technology MS Office Suite (Excel), PeopleSoft, CRM, Etrieve, SEVIS, familiarity with electronic forms and integration with systems to assist with the automation of unit and university processes; Statistical reports/Data mining.
Preferred: Master's degree in a related field; at least two years of relevant experience; familiarity with immigration policy; working experience in an international student services office; experience or formal training in International Higher Education as a SEVIS Designated School Official (DSO). Software implementation experience. SUNAPSIS; Java client application; ColdFusion server operation; SQL, HTML, XML, Macintosh; Student Information Systems (PeopleSoft); Slate CRM; Query writing in PeopleSoft, experience with imaging systems (Etrieve); Computer system engineering, including client-server design, operating systems performance, and network integration, security/privacy; Experience with SEVIS manual entry and SEVIS batch updates, Report writing in Salesforce.

Expected Pay Range: $21.62 - $24.03 per hour
