Assistant to the Associate Provost & Internal Grants Coordinator Malibu Campus

Receptionist, Beckman Management Center Malibu Campus
Under the supervision of the Senior Administrative Coordinator, the receptionist is responsible for providing a welcoming environment, excellent customer service, and consistent, comprehensive reception desk and phone coverage for the Graziadio Business School Beckman Management Center. The receptionist provides administrative support for the general facility and operational needs of Beckman Management Center, facilitates space reservations, and maintains the general upkeep/inventory of Beckman Management Center common areas. As the first point of contact for patrons of the Beckman Management Center and a staff member who interacts daily with a broad range of visitors (students, faculty, staff, guests, etc.), the receptionist plays a key role in maintaining a welcoming, positive, and service-oriented environment, while promoting the Graziadio School mission of preparing students to become Best for the World leaders.
Assistant Director, Fully-Employed Program Administration West LA Campus

Registered Nurse (RN) Malibu Campus
Performs a variety of medical back office duties and procedures at an expert technical level. The RN is the first line support for the medical practitioners and provides oversight for MAs. The Vice Chancellor for Planned Giving provides strategic leadership for the University’s planned giving office and serves as a front-line fundraiser for the University’s planned giving efforts. Planned giving fundraising provides critical support for Pepperdine students, faculty, schools, and programs, allowing Pepperdine to achieve and maintain the highest standards of academic excellence and Christian values and to strengthen students for lives of purpose, service, and leadership. M.A. Clinical Training and Professional Development Coordinator Irvine Graduate Campus
The primary purpose of this position is responsible for clinical training and professional development of students enrolled Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy degree at the Irvine Campus. Duties include: visit, evaluate, and identify new sites and internships for the psychology students at the Irvine Campus. The sites must meet both the minimal requirements established by the BBS (Board of Behavioral Sciences) and the University. Attention must also be given to the quality of the supervision. In addition to the site visits, a portion of the time will be spent advising MFT practicum students and keeping records.
