The office coordinator provides administrative assistance to the associate provost, research support to the senior director of institutional research, and general office coordination and support to the Office of Institutional Effectiveness (OIE). The incumbent will be expected to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills. The incumbent should possess the ability to balance multiple priorities and handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. This position reports directly to the associate provost.

The Specialist, Advancement Communications provides strategic, well-written, creative, and persuasive communications to support fundraising efforts for Pepperdine University and its advancement staff. The work of this position reflects and advances our mission and is used as a positive influence in making friends and raising funds for the University. Communications prepared by the specialist are used by senior administrators and major gift officers, as well as in printed publications, representing the University's highest standards.
Maintenance Plumber Malibu Campus

Manager, Study Abroad Immigration Services Malibu Campus
The manager of immigration services role within Seaver College's International Programs (IP) office provides leadership over and management of visa procurement and vital document processes for study abroad students and faculty teaching abroad. This role also supports IP information management system (including implementation) for these and other documents. Seaver College's International Programs is a key element within Pepperdine's history and strategic plan. Pepperdine seeks to enable all students to study abroad. As a result of the University's commitment towards international education, our program has one of the highest study abroad participation rates in the country year over year according to the Institute of International Education. Obtaining a student visa or other vital documents (such as passports or immigration letters) is critical to enabling hundreds of students annually to experience the transformational opportunities that studying abroad provides.
Senior Director of Communications and Public Relations Calabasas Campus
The Senior Director of Communications and Public Relations is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership of key communications for Pepperdine. This position will oversee major university communications and outreach platforms in print, web, and social media. The director will partner with the VP and CMO to develop, implement, and manage integrated marketing communications and public relations best practices for the University. Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) is directly tasked with supporting the University's mission and strategic plan by building brand equity, elevating the University's national reputation, providing strong and consistent institutional message leadership, and implementing effective integrated marketing and communication strategies. The Senior Director of Communications and Public Relations fulfills a central role in helping the department accomplish its goals.
Assistant Vice Chancellor, Seaver College Malibu Campus
The Assistant Vice Chancellor will have primary responsibility for developing, organizing, leading, and implementing a comprehensive fundraising program and strategies for the Seaver College Advancement team and plays an important front-line fundraising role. As a major gift officer, this position will be expected to personally raise major gifts in support of the dean’s fundraising priorities, focusing on donors with a capacity of $100,000 to $1M+. In addition, the Assistant Vice Chancellor will mentor and supervise a team of frontline fundraisers within Seaver College. Sport Psychologist, Coordinator of Athletics Counseling Services Malibu Campus
The Counseling Center at Pepperdine University promotes mental health on the Pepperdine campus through direct intervention, outreach/prevention programming, consultation, and training. The sport psychologist will provide clinical and sport/performance services to student athletes, and provide clinical services to the general student population. They will also coordinate care for our student athletes, including counseling, outreach, and consultation. As part of their responsibilities, they will provide clinical supervision for the Counseling Center's Post-Doctoral fellowship program. As a staff member in Student Affairs who works closely with students, this person serves as a Christian role model to students. Structural Services Technician I Malibu Campus
Under the direction of the Manager of Structural Services and Lead Multi-Craftsman for the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), and in collaboration with colleagues, this position provides multi-craftsman-oriented maintenance services to support University operations, including painting, carpentry, roofing, masonry, cabinetry, drywall, windows and coverings, and flooring. The Structural Services Technician I will complete repairs and renovation work utilizing plans, specifications, and verbal instructions and collaborate with DFS and other University departments to initiate and deliver professional, quality results in a timely manner.
Custodian Malibu Campus
Under the direction of the Lead Custodian for the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), and in collaboration with colleagues, the Custodian performs physical labor for a wide variety of custodial and maintenance duties in order to provide a clean, orderly, and safe environment. This position collaborates with DFS and other University departments to initiate and deliver high-quality custodial services in a timely manner.
Facilities Project Manager Malibu Campus
Under the direction of the Associate Director for the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), the Facilities Project Manager provides project management services for a broad range of projects including construction, Renewal and Replacement (R&R), refurbishment, repair, and minor remodels of University properties. Management duties include planning from feasibility through design, construction, and project closeout. This position closely collaborates with your colleagues in the DFS, Department of Design and Construction (DDC), Planning, Operations, and Construction (POC), and other University departments to initiate and deliver projects of high aesthetic and functional quality, on budget and on schedule.
Public Services Assistant West LA Campus
Reporting to the Head Librarian of the West Los Angeles (WLA) Graduate Campus Library, the Public Services Assistant oversees daytime library operations at the WLA Graduate Campus Library and provides support to libraries on other Pepperdine campuses as needed. The Public Services Assistant performs a variety of duties to assist Pepperdine students, faculty, and staff, which include checking out library materials, assisting patrons, navigating the library catalog, answering directional questions, helping patrons with printing/scanning/copying documents, and answering basic reference questions. This position supports the University’s mission and strategic plan of promoting academic excellence and Christian values by providing outstanding customer service and assisting students, faculty, and staff at the West Los Angeles Campus Library.
