IT Support Assistant: Foster Grandparent Program (FGP) West LA Campus
The Information Technology (IT) Support Assistant provides technology support to the Executive Director and program staff, in order to effectively implement the Foster Grandparent Program. Responsible for IT support and training for the FGP staff, over 150 Senior Corps members, and over 30 station partners. Manage emergency communication and all technology systems to ensure program efficiency and effectiveness. Research, develop, and implement technology strategies that will help increase overall program productivity.
Sport Psychologist, Coordinator of Athletics Counseling Services Malibu Campus
The Counseling Center at Pepperdine University promotes mental health on the Pepperdine campus through direct intervention, outreach/prevention programming, consultation, and training. The sport psychologist will provide clinical and sport/performance services to student athletes, and provide clinical services to the general student population. They will also coordinate care for our student athletes, including counseling, outreach, and consultation. As part of their responsibilities, they will provide clinical supervision for the Counseling Center's Post-Doctoral fellowship program. As a staff member in Student Affairs who works closely with students, this person serves as a Christian role model to students. Public Safety Officer Malibu Campus
The Public Safety Officer provides and maintains a safe and secure environment while respecting the rights and dignity of individuals utilizing the programs and facilities of Pepperdine University. Manager of Accreditation Special Projects Malibu Campus
The Manager of Accreditation Special Projects supports the Office of Institutional Effectiveness (OIE) by overseeing the coordination and project management of the OIE’s accreditation activities and comprehensive trainings. The incumbent will be expected to develop training and educational materials, manage accreditation activities related to the Commission Action Letter recommendations, support reaffirmation efforts and educational research, and work collaboratively with teammates and external departments to ensure sustainability of reaffirmation efforts. In addition, the incumbent should possess strong writing skills and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion. This position reports directly to the associate provost of the OIE.
Advisor, Recruitment and Advising West LA Campus
This position directly supports the University's mission and strategic plan by sharing our commitment to transform students' lives through education by supporting prospective student efforts to join the Pepperdine learning community. The Advisor for Executive programs reports to the Associate Director of Recruitment. This role will oversee the functional areas related to student recruitment for the Executive-Level Programs which include: MSOD, EMBA, PKE & DBA. The planned assignment for this position will be Master of Science of Organizational Leadership (territory A-Z) ) but support of other programs within the Executive Programs portfolio may be included as assigned over time. Counselor Malibu Campus
This person promotes mental health on the Pepperdine University campus through direct intervention, outreach/prevention programming, consultation, and training. As a staff member in Student Affairs who works closely with students, this person serves as a Christian role model to students. Structural Services Technician I Malibu Campus
Under the direction of the Manager of Structural Services and Lead Multi-Craftsman for the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), and in collaboration with colleagues, this position provides multi-craftsman-oriented maintenance services to support University operations, including painting, carpentry, roofing, masonry, cabinetry, drywall, windows and coverings, and flooring. The Structural Services Technician I will complete repairs and renovation work utilizing plans, specifications, and verbal instructions and collaborate with DFS and other University departments to initiate and deliver professional, quality results in a timely manner.

Custodian Malibu Campus
Under the direction of the Lead Custodian for the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), and in collaboration with colleagues, the Custodian performs physical labor for a wide variety of custodial and maintenance duties in order to provide a clean, orderly, and safe environment. This position collaborates with DFS and other University departments to initiate and deliver high-quality custodial services in a timely manner.
Facilities Project Manager Malibu Campus
Under the direction of the Associate Director for the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), the Facilities Project Manager provides project management services for a broad range of projects including construction, Renewal and Replacement (R&R), refurbishment, repair, and minor remodels of University properties. Management duties include planning from feasibility through design, construction, and project closeout. This position closely collaborates with your colleagues in the DFS, Department of Design and Construction (DDC), Planning, Operations, and Construction (POC), and other University departments to initiate and deliver projects of high aesthetic and functional quality, on budget and on schedule.
Assistant Vice Chancellor and Senior Director of Development, Caruso School of Law Malibu Campus
The Assistant Vice Chancellor and Senior Director of Development will have primary responsibility for developing, organizing, leading, and implementing a comprehensive fundraising program and strategies for the Caruso School of Law and plays an important front-line fundraising role. As a major gift officer, this position will be expected to personally raise major gifts in support of the dean’s fundraising priorities, focusing on donors with a capacity of $100K to $1M+. In addition, the Assistant Vice Chancellor and Senior Director of Development will mentor and supervise the Director, Law Associates, the annual giving officer at the Caruso School of Law whose primary focus is on gifts of $1K to $25K. Insurance Manager Malibu Campus
The Insurance Manager works within the Insurance and Risk office to manage the daily operations of the department related to the University’s insurance portfolio. Duties include providing high-quality customer service, working with the university insurance broker and carriers, maintaining the driver database and fleet roster, and assisting with the department budget, claims administration, and loss control measures. This position collaborates regularly with internal constituents across the University and external constituents. The Manager is supervised by the Director of Insurance and Risk and Emergency Services. Autonomy will grow as the individual develops in the role. The Office of Insurance and Risk supports Pepperdine’s mission by managing the institution’s insurance portfolio, facilitating risk discussions, and partnering with individuals and departments to develop sound mitigation strategies that enable them to achieve their vision and objectives without compromising the health and safety of the community.
Public Services Assistant West LA Campus
Reporting to the Head Librarian of the West Los Angeles (WLA) Graduate Campus Library, the Public Services Assistant oversees daytime library operations at the WLA Graduate Campus Library and provides support to libraries on other Pepperdine campuses as needed. The Public Services Assistant performs a variety of duties to assist Pepperdine students, faculty, and staff, which include checking out library materials, assisting patrons, navigating the library catalog, answering directional questions, helping patrons with printing/scanning/copying documents, and answering basic reference questions. This position supports the University’s mission and strategic plan of promoting academic excellence and Christian values by providing outstanding customer service and assisting students, faculty, and staff at the West Los Angeles Campus Library.
General Counsel Malibu Campus
The General Counsel (“GC”) of Pepperdine University serves as chief legal counsel for the University, and as principal legal advisor to the Board of Regents and the executive officers of the University. The GC provides legal guidance, leadership, and proactive legal counsel for all aspects of University operations, which includes a broad spectrum of matters, including some challenging, complex, and cutting-edge legal issues, while always keeping the University's mission and goals at the forefront. Many topics, such as student rights, free exercise of religion, and tenure are unique to an academic environment, particularly one with a Christian mission based on its strong affiliation with the Churches of Christ.

Director of Business Administration Malibu Campus
The University’s director of business administration serves as a member of the Chief Business Officer’s leadership team and reports to the vice president and chief business officer. This position oversees short and long-term projects and assignments through various operational areas, including but not limited to business services, human resources, graduate campuses, real estate operations, governmental affairs, sustainability, and public safety, encompassing general business, financial, and operational aspects of these departments. This position also works closely with the chief operating officer; assistant vice president for administration and campus operations; general counsel; associate vice president for planning, operations, and construction; associate vice president of business services and human resources; executive director of business services administration; assistant vice president of governmental affairs and public safety; and others. The director of business administration works on institutional initiatives, coordinates presentations, and assists with the development of policies, analyses, benchmarks, reorganizations, and reports as needed. Highly developed analytic and strategic skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in multiple formats, especially writing, will be critically important. In great measure, this role depends on collaboration and cooperation. Relationship development and the ability to work seamlessly within established teams, without creating divisions and overcoming natural hesitancies, is crucial to success in this position.
