Temporary Partner Relationship Specialist Malibu Campus
The temporary partner relationship specialist will serve as a critical member of the summer staff for Special Programs. The specialist will be responsible for upholding, fostering, and expanding the University’s commitment to hospitality and excellence in customer service. Working with external and internal stakeholders, this position is responsible for advancing the legacy of Pepperdine University, and ensuring a world-class experience for everyone visiting Pepperdine’s Malibu campus in the Summer of 2023. This position requires a flexible and optimistic servant leader, willing to take the steps necessary to contribute to the department and Pepperdine University as a whole. This is a highly visible role, which necessitates a variety of communication, patience, determination, and critical thinking in order to thrive. This role is responsible for assisting Special Program’s summer operations in a variety of ways, including but not limited to client communication and problem resolution. This individual, in additional to the team of student employees, plays a critical role in the summer programs in ensuring excellence in the execution of events and overnight stays as an outstanding exemplar for the Pepperdine community. This position is a critical point person for groups coming to campus to ensure strong hospitality. Due to the department’s varied needs in the summer, the temporary partner relationship specialist must be willing to work flexible hours, including later shifts and weekends. This temporary position will start out part-time (10-15 hours per week) with a target start date of March or April and increase to a full-time schedule from approximately May through August. This position will be eligible for overtime.
Mail Services/Service Specialist 2 Malibu Campus
This position provides valuable services to Pepperdine students, faculty, and staff. The timely and efficient management of mail and parcel processing is essential for Pepperdine students and University operations. Sort incoming US Postal Service mail and campus distributions. Process outgoing US Postal Service mail using a computerized postage system. Input incoming accountable mail and packages into a tracking System for delivery to students and departments. Assist and fill in for the Mail Clerk I position and other assigned duties as required.
Associate Director, Admission West LA Campus
The Associate Director will be an integral member of the Admission Office at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the department, supervising a team, leading the documentation of business processes, as well as providing leadership, oversight and project management. The Associate Director will play a key role in the development and administration of business practices, admission processes, audit reports, and problem solving key issues related to application data/policies/procedures. This position will lead efforts related to staff development and coaching as well as work closely with the Director to develop strategies for department efficiencies, systems optimization and enhancements.
Prospect Research Analyst Malibu Campus
The Prospect Research Analyst is responsible for the systematic identification, assessment, analysis, and maintenance of capacity and inclination information for Pepperdine constituents as well as the preparation of prospect and donor profiles supporting advancement meetings. This position analyzes, interprets and formats biographical, professional, and financial information needed to facilitate the solicitation of private funds from individual donors by the university’s development staff. The Prospect Research Analyst reports to the Director, Prospect Development.
MA Immunization Coordinator Malibu Campus
Under the supervision of the Clinic and Medical Director and their designees, the MA Immunization Coordinator is a highly skilled medical professional responsible for the oversight of the University's Immunization Requirement Program. This position reviews student immunization records, identifies non-compliance, organizes appointment scheduling, and administers appropriate immunizations and/or blood draws as needed to bring student records up to date. This position is part of the nursing team, and effectively represents the medical office as a knowledgeable resource for immunization policies, and helps ensure the health and well-being of the Pepperdine community.

Manager, Prospect Development Training and Support Malibu Campus
The Manager, Prospect Development Training and Support is primarily responsible for providing training and process support for Pepperdine’s advancement database, the Raiser’s Edge (RE/NXT) toward best practice data access, data entry, and data management. Working closely with subject matter experts across Advancement, this position will develop and manage a modular training program and accompanying documentation library for all RE/NXT users. This position will also partner with Prospect Development colleagues to develop and maintain data integrity reports in support of individual, departmental, and institutional goals and priorities to ensure data hygiene. This position provides daily administrative support services to the development team and assists with tasks such as prospect research, donation correspondence, gift fulfillment, campaign support, events/meeting management, and special events assistance. The Senior Coordinator is also responsible for the hiring, training, assignment of work, and supervision of a team of development coordinators. Assistant to the Assistant Vice President Malibu Campus
The Assistant to the Assistant Vice President will provide high-level administrative support to the Assistant Vice President overseeing Governmental and Regulatory Affairs, the Department of Public Safety, and the Center for Sustainability. Under the direction of the Manager, Landscape and Irrigation Services and the Supervisor, Landscape and Irrigation Services in the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), maintain, diagnose, and repair outdoor power equipment to include; commercial mowers, landscape equipment, two and four cycle engines, hydraulic systems, electrical troubleshooting, and repair. Perform all aspects of University equipment use, maintenance and repair for the Landscape and Irrigation Services division to ensure an aesthetically pleasing, safe, and clean University environment. Under direction of the Access Manager for the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), and in collaboration with your colleagues, performs installation, repair, and maintenance of locks, locking devices, exit devices, doors, door hardware such as closers, panic hardware, and hinges, and related devices throughout campus.
