Financial & Meal Plan Coordinator Malibu Campus
The Financial & Meal Plan Coordinator will contribute to the success of the department through daily and ongoing administrative tasks. This position is primarily focused on supporting the Associate Director of Occupancy and Systems and the Financial and Systems Analyst. Additionally, this position helps to facilitate the ongoing and day-to-day processes of meal plan management, communication with students, and processing of financial charges. This position will also process all internal requisitions, invoices, and credit card substantiation and reallocations for Housing and Residence Life. This position will work with the Director of Housing Operations, and Housing and Residence Life departmental staff. As a staff member in Student Affairs who works closely with students, this person serves as a Christian role model to students.

Manager, Faculty Support Services Malibu Campus
The Manager of Faculty Support Services provides administrative support to 40+ full-time faculty and 20+ part-time faculty members at the school of law. The Manager prioritizes, organizes, and coordinates work flow completion through the department with 2 full-time Faculty Support Specialists reporting to this position. Faculty Support Services supports over 60 academic law school courses per semester, providing law school faculty and students with the highest level of customer service. The Faculty Support Manager coordinates the completion of tasks including, but not limited to, course preparation, proctor hires and management, faculty travel and expense policies, faculty expense reports, purchase orders and budgets, faculty appointments administration and support, student exam distribution and review, Powerpoint presentations, article publication policies, edits and reprints, independent case work, and other projects that enhance the law school’s reputation. One of the primary responsibilities of the Manager is the creation, management, and execution of processes to assure a seamless, error-free midterm and final examination period for the Malibu, Washington DC, and London law school campuses. He or she must exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The Faculty Support Services Manager serves as a liaison between faculty and students to ensure that graded assignments and exams are mediated without compromising exam integrity or student anonymity. Likewise, he/she works with the Office of Student Accessibility to ensure students are provided and scheduled with approved accommodations. The position works closely with the Associate Dean of Administration, Associate Dean of Faculty, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, and Dean of Students to manage exams, faculty, and student matters as they arise.
