Associate Program Director West LA Campus
The Associate Program Director serves a key role in ensuring excellence for Pepperdine GSEP programs at multiple campuses. The current program assignments for this role are the Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT), Teacher Preparation programs, and Master of Arts in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). In addition to education program responsibilities, this Associate Program Director will oversee the Dissertation filing process. This individual is a point of contact for all other persons who provide leadership, instruction, and support services for the programs. The Associate Program Director works directly and collaboratively with program directors, administration, faculty, staff, graduate assistants, and program partners in the planning, implementation, coordination of program operations and support to successfully accomplish program goals. Note: Associate Program Director program assignments may change based on enrollment and divisional needs.
Prospective Students Coordinator Malibu Campus
The purpose of the Prospective Students Coordinator is to arrange and oversee the tour program for prospective students at the Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law. The Prospective Students Coordinator provides assistance to prospective applicants by meeting with them during their visits and providing them with admissions-related information. During the fall, the Prospective Students Coordinator attends various law recruiting events. This position supports the University's mission directly by promoting it to prospective students while recruiting for Pepperdine Caruso Law, describing the opportunities within the law school in which the students can hone their leadership skills and service the community.
Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President for Strategic Implementation Malibu Campus
The Executive Assistant will assist in the day-to-day administrative and clerical work essential for the smooth operation for the Senior Vice President and the Office of the President. Senior Director/Executive Director of Recruitment West LA Campus
This position will serve in the key strategic role of leading the recruitment and outreach effort of the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School (PGBS) in support of its annual goals for new student enrollment and retention. Director, Admission West LA Campus
This position serves in a key management role within the Division of Enrollment Management at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School (PGBS), with specific oversight of the Office of Admission and its administrative operations. In leading this important function, the incumbent will supervise a core staff team dedicated to the management of 3,000+ applications that PGBS receives on an annual basis from candidates seeking admission to its expansive portfolio of degree programs. Working in concert with other units both within and across PGBS divisions and departments (Enrollment Analytics, Marketing, Student Systems, Program Offices, etc.), as well as an external online program management partner (2U), the Director will focus on developing, refining, and managing the systems needed to optimize the efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of the application and admission processes.

He/she organizes the CDO's semi-annual on campus interview programs and builds relationships with employers. Director, Seaver Associates Malibu Campus

The Davenport Institute for Public Engagement and Civic Leadership at the Pepperdine School of Public Policy is at the forefront of a movement to engage a wider array of residents in local government decision-making, an essential factor for local democracies facing 21st century challenges. The Assistant Director for Professional Education provides program development and management for all non-degree education opportunities provided to local government and government-adjacent career professionals through the Davenport Institute. As the Davenport Institute seeks to help local governments engage the full diversity of residents in local policy-making, this new position is an opportunity to grow the Institute’s reach and capacity throughout California and beyond. Reporting to and collaborating with the executive director, this position coordinates and expands the Institute’s training offerings, recruits participants for professional certificate offerings, and publicizes webinar and other online professional development opportunities. Manager, Institutional Review Board West LA Campus

Special Programs Manager Malibu Campus
The Special Programs Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing films, events, the bi-monthly farmers market, and Pepperdine-generated programs ensuring excellence in the execution of events and overnight stays as an outstanding exemplar for the Pepperdine community. The Special Programs Manager will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing student employees to assist in duties, and coordinating components for the successful implementation of client services, including but not limited to contracts, insurance compliance, accounts payables and receivables, AV technical assistance, and program expansion. Resilience Program Coordinator Malibu Campus
The Resilience Program Coordinator will manage and deliver proactive resilience programs that empower students to identify needs and access resources on an off campus to promote their health and wellbeing. This position addresses student health, wellness and resilience through research, education and campus programming. This role will work collaboratively with campus partners to promote student wellness campus wide. Programming efforts include but are not limited to relational health, mental health, nutrition, physical activity, time management, stress management, social wellbeing, sleep, financial health, and spiritual formation. Program Assistant: Foster Grandparents Program (Temporary) West LA Campus
The Foster Grandparent Program (FGP) is a grant funded program managed under the auspices of the Pepperdine’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology. The Program Assistant is responsible for volunteer recruitment, placement and support of the Foster Grandparent Program. The Program Assistant provides oversight of approximately volunteers 81 placed at up to 20 volunteer stations located primarily in Service Planning Areas (SPA) number 6, 7 and 8. This position is responsible for typesetting, layout, prepress, operating Ricoh sheetfed digital color presses and the binding equipment in the Printing Services department. This role will be required to work in both the Calabasas and Malibu campus locations. He/she will help students and staff to produce print projects including but not limited to: documents, posters, pamphlets, brochures and bound materials from digital files, graphics, and design software. Business Assessment Analyst Calabasas Campus
The Business Assessment Analyst reports to the Associate Provost of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness. The primary responsibility of this position is to serve as data analyst for assessment and accreditation software systems (Watermark, Portfolium, and Interfolio). The incumbent will work with vendors and internal IT teams to ensure data accuracy and quality, provide reports for the purposes of assessment and accreditation and train students, faculty and staff to use software applications. This position is required to develop data reports for faculty at regular intervals that will be used for program planning and improvement.

The Office Manager, Insurance oversees the daily operations of the department to assist in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for the campus community.
