Assistant Director, Fully-Employed Program Administration West LA Campus

School Certifying Official for Veterans Affairs Malibu Campus
The School Certifying Official (VA) will report to the Associate Registrar. The SCO will be responsible for assisting military-connected students, prospective students, and staff with all administrative needs across the University. The SCO will evaluate and process Department of Veterans Affairs education benefits, verifies student benefit eligibility, assists students through the benefit application process, and updates benefit information on a continuous basis. The candidate should have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, must possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and must demonstrate strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills. This position should possess the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Candidates should be able to demonstrate detailed-oriented work experience.
Insurance Manager Malibu Campus
The Insurance Manager works within the Insurance and Risk office to manage the daily operations of the department related to the University’s insurance portfolio. Duties include providing high-quality customer service, working with the university insurance broker and carriers, maintaining the driver database and fleet roster, and assisting with the department budget, claims administration, and loss control measures. This position collaborates regularly with internal constituents across the University and external constituents. The Manager is supervised by the Director of Insurance and Risk and Emergency Services. Autonomy will grow as the individual develops in the role. The Office of Insurance and Risk supports Pepperdine’s mission by managing the institution’s insurance portfolio, facilitating risk discussions, and partnering with individuals and departments to develop sound mitigation strategies that enable them to achieve their vision and objectives without compromising the health and safety of the community.
Public Services Assistant West LA Campus
Reporting to the Head Librarian of the West Los Angeles (WLA) Graduate Campus Library, the Public Services Assistant oversees daytime library operations at the WLA Graduate Campus Library and provides support to libraries on other Pepperdine campuses as needed. The Public Services Assistant performs a variety of duties to assist Pepperdine students, faculty, and staff, which include checking out library materials, assisting patrons, navigating the library catalog, answering directional questions, helping patrons with printing/scanning/copying documents, and answering basic reference questions. This position supports the University’s mission and strategic plan of promoting academic excellence and Christian values by providing outstanding customer service and assisting students, faculty, and staff at the West Los Angeles Campus Library.
Enrollment Services Officer West LA Campus
The Enrollment Services Officer contributes to the development of the strategic and tactical marketing and recruitment plan, which is developed collaboratively with the marketing team. This role provides important insights and recommendations, based on his/her recruitment data and experience, for achieving the annual enrollment goals. The position utilizes CRM database to track leads and contacts individuals who have indicated an interest in the assigned programs. PsyD Program Administrative Assistant West LA Campus
Under the supervision of the PsyD Associate Program Director, the PsyD Administrative Assistant provides support on a broad range of tasks to the PsyD Program Director, faculty, staff and administration in order to accomplish the functions, goals and objectives of the Psychology Doctoral Program in the Psychology and Education Division. Tasks and responsibilities are determined by division priorities. The primary focus of the position is to support administrative activities to ensure that the functions, goals and objectives of the office are accomplished and PsyD Division faculty and students are supported. SEO Manager Calabasas Campus
This experienced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager will be responsible for optimizing University digital marketing channels to maximize their true SEO potential. We are looking for a hands-on professional with excellent problem solving and analytical skills that has knowledge of various SEO reporting & analytical platforms to support our Web Development and Marketing teams in the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) group. The applicant will possess a clear understanding of web search and how to properly leverage these components in the SEO strategy and address measurement and reporting of all web traffic from a dozen subdomains and across various PPC accounts. Director of Business Administration Malibu Campus
The University’s director of business administration serves as a member of the Chief Business Officer’s leadership team and reports to the vice president and chief business officer. This position oversees short and long-term projects and assignments through various operational areas, including but not limited to business services, human resources, graduate campuses, real estate operations, governmental affairs, sustainability, and public safety, encompassing general business, financial, and operational aspects of these departments. This position also works closely with the chief operating officer; assistant vice president for administration and campus operations; general counsel; associate vice president for planning, operations, and construction; associate vice president of business services and human resources; executive director of business services administration; assistant vice president of governmental affairs and public safety; and others.
