The Irvine Graduate Campus Librarian is a key member of the team of librarians and staff who together manage the operations of the graduate campus libraries at Pepperdine University. The librarian develops strong working relationships with faculty, students, staff, and affiliated researchers at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and the Graduate School of Education and Psychology to support their learning, research, and teaching needs. The librarian works closely with colleagues and constituents to enhance existing programs and services and to develop new programs and services that promote the use of the libraries’ collections, services, and expertise. The librarian is also responsible for providing group and individual instruction and consultation for basic and advanced research and support for academic courses. Director of Development, School of Public Policy Malibu Campus
The primary purpose of this position is to build prospect and donor relationships, raise financial support, and increase the donor base for Pepperdine's graduate School of Public Policy (SPP). The position focuses primarily on major-level donors with a capacity to make gifts of $25,000 to $1,000,000 but also raises annual gifts from $1,000 to $25,000+. Multi-Craftsman I Malibu Campus
Under direction of the Manager of Structural Services and Lead Multi-Craftsman for the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), and in collaboration with colleagues, this position provides multi-craftsman oriented maintenance services to support University operations, including painting, carpentry, roofing, masonry, cabinetry, drywall, windows and coverings, and flooring. The Multi-Craftsman I will complete repairs and renovation work utilizing plans, specifications, and verbal instructions and collaborate with DFS and other University departments to initiate and deliver professional, quality results in a timely manner.

The Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President for Strategic Implementation is responsible for the administration, organization, and management of the Senior Vice President’s office, acting with tact, diplomacy, and discretion on a wide variety of complex and sensitive issues. The person is independently responsible for managing the Senior Vice President’s calendar and appointment schedule based on needs and priorities. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks, and will be able to work independently and collaboratively. This position must utilize problem-solving skills on a myriad of levels. Developer, Application Development (PGBS) Malibu Campus
The Developer supports the University by creating custom software applications as well as integrating and/or implementing third-party software. They also provide mentorship for other developers, including student workers and interns.
Library Acquisitions Supervisor Malibu Campus
The Library Acquisitions Supervisor is responsible for the acquisition of library materials required to build and maintain the Library’s collections and sustain its services. Reporting to the Head of Collection Development and Assessment, the Supervisor works closely with members of the technical services and collections department to facilitate the efficient and effective procurement of materials needed by the library. The Supervisor oversees the acquisition of library materials in all formats, tracks orders using the integrated library system, processes the timely payment of invoices for materials and services, and manages serials and standing orders. The Supervisor is responsible for accurate record keeping and timely payment of library invoices. The Supervisor monitors current and historical acquisitions expenses, and shares this information as part of the budget management process. In this work, it is expected that the Supervisor will become familiar with the idiosyncrasies of print and electronic collections and the technical service functions that help make these materials available for use. The Supervisor will gain experience in all aspects of the collections lifecycle and have opportunities to learn about different aspects of academic libraries. On the job training for library systems will be provided. The well-suited applicant is precise, accurate, and attentive to detail. This individual is a good communicator, works well independently and as part of a team, and is excited to learn.
