Administrative Assistant - Psychology Division West LA Campus
Under the supervision of the Division Coordinator, the Administrative Assistant provides support on a broad range of tasks to the Psychology Division, Associate Dean, faculty, staff and administration in order to accomplish the functions, goals and objectives of the Psychology Division. Tasks and responsibilities are determined by division priorities. Under the supervision of the Director of Academic Mastery and Director of Bar Preparation, the Academic Mastery Program (AMP) Administrative Assistant will provide support on a broad range of tasks to accomplish the functions, goals, and objectives of the AMP Department, which is dedicated to assisting students to achieve academic excellence in law school and to pass the bar exam. The primary focus of the position is to provide general administrative, program and instructional/classroom support to AMP professors and staff. In addition to working with regular AMP Department professors and staff, the Administrative Assistant also will be required to work with graduate Teaching Fellows and student Teaching Fellows and will be required to interface with students (in-person and via email), as well as Law School faculty and other staff. Qualified applicants must be self-motivated, computer savvy, experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties, able to work independently on long-term projects, interact in a fast-paced environment, and be flexible and proactive in self-learning.
Public Services Assistant Malibu Campus
The purpose of the Public Services Assistant position is to staff the circulation desk and be responsible for the general operations of the Law Library during evenings and weekends. This position provides additional support to the Lead Shuttle Driver to cover schedules. Greeting each passenger with a smile is the first step to making them feel welcome on the Pepperdine campus. As a member of Pepperdine's Transit team, the Shuttle Driver will be one of the first, and most regular, faces interacting with our passengers. There will be occasions on which departments within the University will request off-campus special events that will require shuttle services. Assistant Director of Diversity and Belonging Malibu Campus
The Assistant Director of Diversity and Belonging designs, coordinates, and implements the goals of the CSOL Office of Diversity and Belonging. The newly formed position is designed to support and work closely with the Dean of Students, Diversity and Belonging, to ensure that CSOL students experience a sense of belonging and inclusion inside and outside the classroom.
