Lead Shuttle Driver Malibu Campus
Pepperdine University, a private, non-profit, faith-based institution seeks a Lead Shuttle Driver. This position will supervise shuttle fleet drivers and coordinate/monitor staff schedules to ensure complete efficiency according to department and University goals. This position will train and develop diverse individuals who serve as full-time, part-time and student shuttle drivers; additionally, this position will develop drivers to serve as front line ambassadors for the University who warmly welcome guests, students, and community members, and provide directional information as needed. The Lead Shuttle Driver will also work closely with the Transit Services Manager to relay passenger and staff communications and resolve issues to satisfaction. In addition, this position will monitor field work to ensure that it is being performed properly and that expectations are met regarding inspections, attendance, and proper use of materials and equipment. The Lead Shuttle driver is responsible for ensuring that facilities, equipment, and supplies are accounted for and maintained in a clean and working order. He/she will meet with mechanics about vehicle maintenance, and maintain vehicle logs and other administrative records. This position will also participate in events planning, attend graduation briefings, and recommend measures to improve equipment performance, work methods, and the passenger experience. This position will follow the Living Pepperdine standards in day to day work, participate and lead Daily Line-Ups, and be able to articulate how the standards tie to daily work.

Special Programs Manager Malibu Campus
The Special Programs Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing films, weddings, and Pepperdine-generated programs, ensuring excellence in the execution of events and overnight stays as an outstanding exemplar for the Pepperdine community. The Special Programs Manager will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing student employees to assist in duties, and coordinating components for the successful implementation of client services, including but not limited to contracts, insurance compliance, accounts payables and receivables, AV technical assistance, and program expansion. An ability to create and maintain exceptional relationships with clients both internal and external to the University are essential to the position. Print Production Assistant Malibu Campus
The print production assistant provides valuable services such as printed and bound materials to Pepperdine students and staff. This position is responsible for setting up and operating the binding equipment and Ricoh sheet fed color presses in the printing services department. This role will also be required to work, on occasion, in the printing services Malibu campus print center. He/she will help students and staff to produce print projects including but not limited to: documents, posters, pamphlets, brochures and bound materials from digital files, graphics, and design software. Writer Malibu Campus
The Writer increases awareness, understanding, and support of Pepperdine and Seaver College’s vision, mission, and accomplishments among its many constituencies. Financial Assistance Office Manager Malibu Campus
The Financial Assistance Office Manager manages all front desk responsibilities of the Office of Financial Assistance. These include, but are not limited to, hiring and supervising student workers (who are the primary point of contact for students, families and other departments); routing emails, incoming mail, phone calls, and walk-in traffic; and scheduling appointments and appeals.
